Bizarre contest at Oklahoma State Fair has four strangers sitting in a ‘stinkin’ Sentra for 10 DAYS – with their own trash
Four strangers have chosen to drive a 2024 Nissan Sentra for 10 days at the Oklahoma State Fair in hopes of winning a brand new car.
Brian Richmond, Chris Deschner, Christy Myers and Shaun participated in the competition with great enthusiasm on September 12th.
“I was scrolling through Facebook late at night and thought, ‘Why not? I’m going to give it a try,'” said Deschner, who is from Arkansas.
According to the contest rules, the one of the three Oklahoma or Arkansas residents who can stay in the car the longest wins.

To make the competition even fiercer, Oklahoma State Fair spokesman Scott Munz explained that all trash, including food, remains in the car for the entire festival period.
“Anything they get in the car to eat has to stay in the car. So if you eat half a corndog and throw the rest in the back, that corndog stays there,” he said.KOCO.
“When you eat a turkey leg, you chew on the meat and the bone, and all that stuff stays in the car.”

The candidates are allowed to use the toilet every three hours, but are not allowed to leave the car afterwards.
They may also carry one backpack or similar sized bag in the car containing personal necessities or other necessary items.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are also prohibited.
Shaun remarked, “I’ve got a backpack. Same thing. We’re not going to leave too much out in the open for the first few hours. Maybe we’ll get sneaky on day three here.”
Richmond and Deschner are currently the only ones left in the “stinking” Sentra.

“We have some strategies in the works here, so we’ll see what happens,” Richmond said.
Myers was eliminated on the first day, while Shaun withdrew from the competition yesterday.
If both Richmond and Deschner manage to stay in the car until the end, a new race will follow, the official rules.
