Birmingham City manager John Eustace has emerged as an early candidate for the Rangers job as pressure mounts on Michael Beale.
Rangers exited the Champions League and lost the first Old Firm derby of the Premiership season last week, putting them four points behind Celtic going into the international break.
Ibrox fans expressed their disapproval to make sure Beale is well aware that he is in a precarious position just a month into the season.
Names are already being pushed forward to the Rangers board as an early change is expected.
And the Glasgow giants would still want an up-and-coming coach to match their profile.

Eustace stood out with his work at Birmingham City and previous coaching roles at QPR and the Republic of Ireland.
Last year he kept Birmingham afloat, despite a limited budget and off-field substitutions.
He has done a good job of integrating some youngsters with older hands and this season they are unbeaten in the Championship and just two points behind leader Preston North End.
Eustace has previously caught the eye of Swansea City, but is establishing himself as a fan favorite at St Andrews who are hoping for an upturn in fortunes following new investment from Tom Wagner and a savvy recruiting summer.
