Biohacker Bryan Johnson reveals his son’s diet and exercise regimen… and everyone says the same thing
Biohacker Bryan Johnson has reshared his and his son’s joint diet and exercise regimen.
The plan – which aims to slow aging – sees Bryan and 18-year-old Talmage wake up at 5am every day and go to bed at 8.30pm.
It also involves eating the last meal of the day at noon and sticking to a 2,000-calorie vegan diet, including broccoli, cauliflower and walnuts – but excluding popular junk foods like pizza and burgers.
The plan has divided opinion online, with many saying it is too strict for a teenage boy.
It is not the first time that Bryan (47) and Talmage have been criticized for working together on a welfare plan.
Johnson previously revealed he injected his son’s blood in a bizarre attempt to age himself.
Other strategies Bryan has used to shave years off his life include monitoring his erections at night, which he believes is a biological age marker of sexual function.

Some online were in favor of his son following the plan too, but others said he should spend more time with friends
Bryan unveiled the plan online under the headline ‘build a family culture of health and hard work’:
‘My son Talmage and I: Last meal of the day at noon; In bed 8:30 p.m., at 5 a.m.; Sleep 100%, two hours deep, two hours REM, less than 30 minutes awake; BluePrint Stack / food, 60 minute workout… focused work.’
Below he shared a video of himself doing pull-ups and his son doing chest dips.
Commenting on the routine online, someone said: ‘That’s great that he (your son) wants to emulate you, but a child his age who goes to bed at 7:30? That’s not right.
‘You have to give some of these young children more freedom. He should be hanging out with his friends.”
Another said: ‘The child’s daily schedule resembles a prison routine, but with more blood tests.’
Others, however, were more supportive, including one who wrote, “Teaching your son these values this early will create a winner,” and a second who said, “This level of discipline is inspiring.”
Another said: ‘Talmage is the one to fear. His rate of aging is probably the rate of a child in the womb.”
Johnson is known for his bizarre anti-aging treatments, and for spending $2 million a year on his health alone – and for his army of a hundred supplements he takes every day.

He has invested in his own state-of-the-art gym, red light masks and a host of other therapies – and has also covered tests for potential new therapies out of his own pocket.
And tests show he has now reduced his biological age by five years and significantly slowed the rate of aging in his cells.
Talmage moved in with his father during his last year before college, where he also decided to work with him on the plan.
He is expected to attend college in Chicago next year, where he hopes to continue the routine while making new friends and perhaps meeting a girlfriend.
In 2019, Bryan ate his last meal at 4:00 PM and went to bed at 9:00 PM. At the time, he said, “It had never occurred to me that it felt so GOOD to become the most boring person ever!”
But after much testing and trial and error, he decided to go to bed at 8:30 PM and have his last meal at 12:00 PM.
Johnson unveiled the routine today, just after his new series dropped on Netflix titled: ‘Don’t Die: The Man Who Wants To Live Forever’.
