Binman ‘who raped ten-year-old girl in German care home first watched porn with boy, 11, who later strangled her to death’

A garbage man who allegedly raped a 10-year-old girl after breaking into a care home in Germany first watched porn with the 11-year-old boy strangling her, it has been found.

The victim, identified only as Lena, was raped by suspect Daniel T., 25, during the break-in at the children’s home in Wunsiedel, Bavaria, prosecutors allege.

Daniel T. is accused of fleeing after sexually assaulting the child, but prosecutors say she was later strangled during a violent altercation with an 11-year-old boy.

It has now been revealed that the garbage man accused of raping Lena after his DNA was found on her body had previously drunk beer and watched porn movies with the unnamed 11-year-old resident – before inviting Lena to join them .

Daniel T. apparently admitted to the sexual relations charge, but denied killing the 10-year-old girl. If found guilty of murder, the 11-year-old faces no punishment as he is under the age of criminal responsibility.

Local media reported that Daniel T. and the 11-year-old may have known each other from a stay as a patient at a local hospital.

The police understand that the garbage man raped the 10-year-old while he was trying to steal from the children’s home.

Her body was found the next morning on April 4, 2023 by an employee of the St. Josef Child and Youth Welfare Center.

Tragically, Lena only stayed in the house for a few weeks while a court ruled whether she could live with her father.

It has been revealed that she was taken away from her family over abuse allegations – only to be bullied by the 11-year-old who allegedly strangled her.

DNA belonging to Daniel T. was found on her body and he has apparently admitted to sexual relations charges, but denies involvement in her murder.

He is charged with rape and burglary.

Prosecutors explained, “Trace results and forensic reports led investigators to two suspects, ages 11 and 25, one after the other.

“After the intensive investigation, the 25-year-old is strongly suspected of raping the 10-year-old.”

They continued: “As far as the girl’s murder is concerned, the investigators and the prosecutor believe that the 11-year-old boy killed her without the cooperation of the 25-year-old.

The 25-year-old allegedly performed sexual acts with his hands on the 10-year-old.

“He would have left the institution after that.”

Daniel T is suspected of committing five burglaries between 2022 and 2023 and stealing construction equipment worth £13,700 (16,000 euros) from containers, which he set on fire in an attempt to remove evidence.

Sandra B, 33, a neighbor of Lena’s father, said the girl would have had a chance to move back to her father.

She said, “I am stunned and speechless. I’m out of words. I can’t understand why it happened like this.

‘And all this in a house where supervision is required. Where as a parent you think everything is fine.’

She said Lena was a “cheerful, open-minded” girl and loved horses and playing the piano.

She said, “We did a lot: went to playgrounds, carved pumpkins for Halloween, went down the waterslides at the amusement park.”

The Public Prosecution Service of the Court reports that the investigation is ongoing.

A private complaint has also been filed by prosecutors, accusing the care home of dereliction of duty over the apparent lack of supervision of the girl.

Lena had been admitted to the care home while her parents resolved a custody dispute in court.

She hadn’t gone skiing with other children because she was going to visit her father for Easter and was left virtually unattended in the care home.
