Three of their games in the past decade have been postponed or rescheduled due to severe winter weather, including the Bills’ wild-card game against the Steelers last season.
That match was initially scheduled to start on Sunday at 1 p.m., but was postponed more than 24 hours to Monday at 4:30 p.m.
A Week 12 game with the Jets was also rescheduled in 2014, while a 2022 game against Cleveland was actually supposed to be played in Detroit.
Assuming Sunday’s game goes ahead, the Bills will look to extend their win streak to seven after their Week 12 bye.
Buffalo hasn’t lost since their Oct. 6 loss to the Texans and will look to take control of the AFC after handing the Chiefs their first loss of the season earlier this month.
Meanwhile, the 49ers are 5-6 in the playoff bubble and desperately need a win against the Bills.
