Justin Hemmes celebrated Christmas surrounded by friends at his $100 million mansion in Vaucluse, Sydney.

The billionaire pub baron, 50, hosted a lavish lunch at his premises on Wednesday and invited a range of local celebrities including socialite Jade Yarbrough, 'nude artist' Dina Broadhurst and Pilates queen Bernadette Fahey.

His model girlfriend Madeline Holtznagel, 27, was also in attendance.

In several social media photos shared by stars of the event, guests were treated to a feast of Mediterranean-inspired dishes as they enjoyed the breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour.

Holtznagel wowed guests in a beige bustier and wore a matching miniskirt.

Meanwhile, 46-year-old 'nude artist' Broadhurst stunned in a sheer green dress that left little to the imagination, as her black undergarments showed.

Yarbrough, 30, looked chic in white crochet patchwork trousers and a matching crop top.

Hemmes is known for hosting lavish parties at his Vaucluse home, and recently celebrated his partner Holtznagel's 27th birthday at the luxurious property.

Holtznagel started the joyful day arriving by boat to the waterfront estate, where she discovered all her friends waiting to surprise her.

The genetically blessed beauty was all smiles as she finally made it to her birthday lunch and surrounded herself with loved ones.

Hemmes gave a gushing toast to the blonde bombshell in front of friends and family.

But it didn't stop there as Madeline later revealed on Instagram that he bought two llamas as a tribute to his love for her.

Madeline shared a video on Instagram of the moment they jumped out to wish her a happy birthday, writing: 'The best surprise ever.

“Thank you to my amazing boyfriend and friends who made my birthday so special.”

In June, Madeline teased her Instagram followers by wearing a ring on her wedding finger while cuddling with Justin as they enjoyed a bowl of Udon noodles together at a restaurant in Japan.

The couple has been dating for several years. She even spent 2020 in lockdown at his country house in Vaucluse.

She now reportedly lives in a Coogee penthouse he owns.

Although they used to prefer to keep it low key, the couple are now a fixture on Sydney's social scene.

Madeline recently wished her cafe friend a happy 50th birthday and told Justin she “adores” him in an Instagram post.

She shared a gallery of nine photos from the couple's exotic travels around the world, including days at the beach, private jet travel and camping in the woods.

Justin made his debut on the Australian Financial Review's annual Rich List in 2018, with an estimated net worth of $951 million.

Last year his net worth grew to $1.2 billion, making him the 97th richest person in Australia.
