Billionaire ex-Dem. donor Bill Ackman shares slew of Biden conspiracy theories after he ended 2024 run – including frightening claim that president is dying

Billionaire Bill Ackman made some wild claims on his X account, including suggesting that President Biden is terminally ill.

The 58-year-old investor shared a laundry list of suggestions about the beleaguered commander in chief, who announced Sunday afternoon that he would step down.

Ackman and others also expressed concerns about Biden’s possible terminal illness.

Speculation about Biden’s health has since been fueled by his youngest brother Frank, who said he would enjoy “what time we have left.”

Conspiracy theorists also speculate about the authenticity of the letter. Commentators say his signature appears to have been copied.

Ackman continues to promote this narrative on his X page, regularly sharing examples of Biden’s signature where it was not underlined.

The claims Ackman shared, seen here in 2017, included concerns that Biden’s signature was forged, that the letter was not on official letterhead, and that he might be terminally ill

Ackman shared a post from another user in which he said, “I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but the lack of a photo or evidence of Joe Biden signing the letter or even an on-camera briefing is reminiscent of Soviet regime change of old.”

Frank Biden told CBS that the president’s health played a role in his decision to resign.

He told the outlet, “I’m incredibly proud of my brother. Selfishly, I’m going to get him back to enjoy the time we have left.”

That choice of words led to speculation among Ackman and others that Biden has a secret illness that he has not disclosed.

A leading Parkinson’s disease specialist has visited the White House several times this year, though officials have insisted Biden is in good health.

“He is a true hero, the country above himself. It sounds cliché in our cynical political climate, but he and I are cynical,” said Frank.

“The goal remains the same: defeat Trump and continue the work that Joe has done. I hope our party will rally behind this act of heroism.”

When asked by the newspaper whether his brother’s overall health played a role in his resignation, he replied: “In my humble opinion, absolutely.”

Biden announced his withdrawal from the presidential race via a letter on social media on Sunday afternoon.

The president was in isolation at his vacation home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, due to Covid-19 when his team drafted the letter.

Donors had raised millions of dollars, the list of Democrats calling on him to withdraw grew longer by the day, and polls showed his chances of beating Donald Trump were shrinking after his disastrous debate performance.

Jill Biden was there when her husband finally made the historic decision after he caved in to mounting pressure.

A spokeswoman for the First Lady said it was solely up to the president to decide and confirmed he was late.

On Saturday night, Biden called together two men who have been with him since his political inception: advisers Steve Ricchetti and Mike Donilon.

It was Ricchetti and Donilon who brought devastating new data that would push Biden to a decision.

Ackman continues to spread a story on his X-page, saying he doesn’t believe Biden actually signed the letter and that he is terminally ill.

They released the latest internal campaign polls, taken after the debate, which showed he could no longer beat Trump.

Biden’s decision was made shortly afterward, and he asked Ricchetti and Donilon to draft a letter and begin the process of how to make a public announcement, DailyMail.com confirmed. The president also began telling his family.

Following his announcement, Kamala Harris announced that she was running for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Since then, a number of prominent Democrats have endorsed Harris, including California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Either way, Trump has already indicated that he thinks Harris will be even easier to beat than Biden.

According to the New York Times, national polls show Harris trailing Biden by 48 percent to 46 percent.

That’s an improvement over Biden’s scores in the same polls, which showed Trump beating him 47-44.

In swing states and even states that have generally turned blue in recent elections, Harris is outpolling Biden, even when he is losing.

She trails Trump by one point – 48-47 – in Pennsylvania, ahead of Biden, who lost to Trump 48-45.

In Virginia, she has a five-point lead over Trump, while Biden is only four percentage points ahead.

However, these polls took place before the assassination attempt on former President Trump and before Biden withdrew.
