Bill Maher criticized Kamala Harris for her Middle East policies after she called for an end to the war in Gaza.
The vice president told three journalists from the National Association of Black Journalists on Tuesday that there must be a ceasefire and a hostage deal in the war between Israel and Hamas.
Calling for a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, she said the goal is to “ensure that Israelis and Palestinians have equal security, self-determination and dignity.”
The comedian slammed Harris for her stance, saying it’s not a real solution. If she can’t offer a substantive plan, she shouldn’t be on his show “Real Time” at all.
“I mean, anyone who talks about Israel these days is just full of shit,” Maher said. “I don’t want children to die.” Duh. Who does? None of us want children to die. None of us want this war to continue, but it doesn’t address the problem.”

The vice president said a ceasefire and hostage agreement are needed in the war between Israel and Hamas.
“This is what Kamala Harris said this week about what we need to do when the war is over: ‘No retaking of Gaza, no changing of the territorial lines of Gaza’ and the ability to have security in the region for all involved in a way that creates stability.” I think if that’s what you have to say, don’t say anything. Just keep your mouth shut.”
Her comments came after a recent poll showed Harris had pushed support for Democrats among Jewish voters to its lowest level in more than three decades.
A new Pew Research Center poll finds that 65 percent of registered Jewish voters say they will cast their ballot for Harris in November, and 35 percent say they prefer Trump.
The Democrats’ lowest point in 36 years comes amid a raging war between Israel and the de facto Palestinian government, led by Hamas terrorists.
October 7 marks one year since Hamas invaded Israel and killed 1,200 people, the largest single-day massacre of Jews since the Holocaust.
Harris, whose husband is Jewish, insists she will support the US’s only ally in the Middle East. Republicans, however, worry that a more liberal policy will embolden terrorists to continue the conflict with Israel.
“The problem is that one side wants a two-state solution, or always wanted one. It’s a little more right-wing now, I’m talking about Israel, but that’s still their position,” Maher said.

“One side has never done that and still doesn’t. One side uses terrorism to achieve its goals. One side takes revenge on terrorism. One side is accused of genocide, but doesn’t do it. The other side would actually like to do it. People keep saying that Israel has the right to defend itself, and then whatever Israel does, they oppose it.”
Last week, Maher ridiculed conservative provocateur Laura Loomer when he accused Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce of faking a relationship to influence voters.
“I think Laura Loomer has an arranged relationship to influence the election because she is very close to Trump,” Maher said.
“She’s 31, looks like his type… Who the f****** is Trump? Because I said, it’s not nobody. He’s been a dog for too long. And it’s not Melania. I think we’ll get our answer this week.”
Loomer responded angrily on social media, denying any relationship with Trump: “I should sue Bill Maher for defamation. This is way over the top and a complete and blatant lie.”
