American investor Bill Foley has reportedly signed the final paperwork to complete his £120 million takeover of Premier League club Bournemouth.
Sportsmail reported last month that the Las Vegas businessman was closing in on taking over Vitality Stadium, and it looks like official confirmation is imminent.
Foley has now signed on the dotted line and is expected to appoint himself as chairman of the South Coast club once the Premier League approves the deal, according to talkSPORT.

Should the deal go through, Foley would have to make some important decisions at the newly promoted club.
Sportsmail understands that he will likely stand alongside chief executive Neill Blake and technical director Richard Hughes after being impressed by the duo’s track record at the club.
Figuring out who should be the party’s long-term manager, however, is another matter.
Bournemouth sacked Scott Parker in August, just months after the Englishman led the club back to the top. His last game in charge saw the Cherries lose 9-0 to Liverpool at Anfield.

Gary O’Neil has taken over on an interim basis and has done well in his four games he has bossed
Since his departure, Gary O’Neil has stepped in on an interim basis and the team is unbeaten in its four games at the helm, with six points from those games.
Several players, including Dominic Solanke and Jordan Zemura, have discussed his chances of a permanent job, but O’Neil has insisted he only focuses on one game at a time.
However, Foley will have to look at the bigger picture as he does his best to keep Bournemouth in the Premier League.
