Bill Cosby, 85, is hit by ANOTHER rape lawsuit: singer Morganne Picard claims he drugged and raped her – while Playboy model Victoria Valentino and nine other women sue for sexual assault
- Singer Morganne Picard filed a lawsuit Friday alleging that 85-year-old Cosby drugged and raped her multiple times between 1987 and 1990.
Bill Cosby has been charged with rape again just weeks after Playboy model Victoria Valentino and nine other women alleged he sexually assaulted them.
Singer Morganne Picard filed a lawsuit Friday alleging that 85-year-old Cosby drugged and raped her multiple times between 1987 and 1990.
She is also suing NBCUniversal Media, Kaufman Astoria Studios, Astoria Studios Limited Partnership II and The Carsey-Werner Company over claims that they “approved and encouraged” Cosby’s sexual abuse and assault of women by “doing nothing to stop it.”
Cosby was previously convicted in April 2018 of drugging and sexually assaulting basketball coach Andrea Constand in 2004.
He was sentenced to three to ten years in prison, but only served three years of his sentence before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned the conviction. He was released on June 30, 2021.
During his entertainment career, Cosby has been accused by at least 60 women of a slew of sex crimes, all of which he denies.

Picard would pass out after drinking a drink Cosby gave her several times, the lawsuit states.
She alleged that Cosby raped or sexually assaulted her on these occasions while she was unconscious.
On one occasion, she drank a drink he gave her at his house and woke up naked in a hotel room with pain in her vagina, according to the lawsuit.
Picard said he supplied her with drinks several times from 1987 to 1990 and would encourage her to drink them, after which she felt extremely intoxicated.
“Based on Cosby’s relationship with Mrs. Picard and his wholesome image as ‘America’s father,’ Mrs. Picard assumed that the extreme effects of the drinks were due to the effects of alcohol, rather than drugs used in the drinks from Cosby,” the lawsuit said.
It referred to a statement filed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania alleging that “Defendant Cosby admitted to obtaining drugs to use on women he intended to have sex with.”
The lawsuit alleged that Cosby put an unknown intoxicant in the drinks he provided to Picard without her knowledge or consent.
Cosby allegedly “stripped and raped her, without her consent and when she was unable to consent.”
She claimed that when she drank the drugged drinks he gave her and blacked out, Cosby would rape or sexually assault her if she was unable to consent.
Picard was invited by Cosby to attend the set of The Cosby Show in 1987 on the pretext that he would help her career as a singer, the lawsuit said.
After meeting him, she met and spent time with his family, including his wife Camille Cosby, and saw him as a father figure, the lawsuit states.
Cosby reportedly said he wanted to hire her to appear and possibly sing on a special episode of his show.
