Former President Bill Clinton had a bizarre moment when he praised the late Ethel Kennedy before a crowd of influential politicians and Kennedy family members.
During his remarks at the Kennedy matriarch’s funeral Wednesday afternoon in Washington, D.C., Clinton revealed to the crowd what he really thought of Robert Kennedy’s widow.
“I thought your mother was the cat’s meow,” Bill said of the now 96-year-old.
“She flirted with me in the most innocent of ways,” he continued to cautious laughter from the audience.

President Joe Biden and former President Barack Obama were also in attendance.
Clinton, who has had his fair share of salacious headlines about his scandal with Monica Lewinsky and later reported connections to Jeffrey Epstein, didn’t shy away from bringing up his former Kennedy flame.
The moment, while light-hearted, is sure to raise eyebrows after Clinton’s string of awkward moments.
Earlier this week, he came under fire for getting his facts wrong when he tried to blame Donald Trump for the death of 22-year-old student Laken Riley who was murdered while jogging at the University of Georgia in Athens.
The Democrat claimed Trump was obstructing a bipartisan border bill.

However, it turned out to be an extraordinary blunder, as migrant Jose Ibarra actually illegally entered the United States from Venezuela in September 2022 under the Biden-Harris administration.
He was arrested on February 22 for the murder of Laken Riley after being vetted and released by the current administration.
‘[Kamala Harris] is the only candidate who actually passed a bill that would limit immigration to a certain point each year and then ensure that we gave people a decent place to live, and didn’t separate people from their children. And we did a total check before people came in. Now Trump has killed the bill,” he said.

“You had a case in Georgia not too long ago, didn’t you? They made an ad about it, a young woman murdered by an immigrant?’ Clinton asked.
Clinton spoke about the issue of immigration and the high-profile murder of Riley while on the campaign trail for Vice President Kamala Harris in Georgia.
