Bill Belichick lands ANOTHER new media job – as he begins new chapter after 24 years as Patriots head coach
Bill Belichick has a new task this season that will make him even busier as a coach.
After 24 seasons at the helm of the New England Patriots, the 72-year-old ended his duties on the sidelines in Foxborough at the end of last season. While he struggled to find another coaching job, plenty of opportunities fell Belichick’s way, particularly in the media.
On Wednesday, Adam Schefter reported that Belichick has taken on a new media role as a strategic advisor to the 33rd team.
The emerging media and technology company is made up of former players, coaches and executives. The cast of characters, combined with a group of experienced writers, analysts and insiders, is a solid source of NFL news and analysis from people who have worked in the league.
Former NFL coaches Matt Patricia and Adam Gase also join the 33rd team, alongside Belichick.

He regularly appears on ESPN’s Pat McAfee Show once a week and in a preview of Monday Night Football with Peyton Manning every Friday.
He will also join the Manningcast along with the Manning brothers, Peyton and Eli, for the first half of the NFL season.
Additionally, the eight-time Super Bowl champion will serve as an analyst on Inside the NFL, alongside Ryan Clark, Chad Johnson and Christ Long. He will also host his football show COACH on Underdog Fantasy.
Belichick memorably won six Super Bowl titles in New England with Tom Brady at quarterback, and two as an assistant coach with the New York Giants.
