Big Brother finalist Nathan King has revealed he has won over his girlfriend Rosie Williams’ parents after the pair found love on the ITV show.
Despite accusations that their relationship was little more than a ‘showmance’, the pork seller, 24, fell for the dental assistant, 29, also known as Baked Potato, just days after they entered the famous house last month.
While Nathan and Rosie tried to keep their romance a secret, originally planning a post-series date during a fire evacuation, the truth eventually came to light and viewers watched them grow closer as the weeks progressed.
After making things official in the house, Rosie, who was nicknamed ‘Baked Tattie’ by her boyfriend Nathan, was snatched from him when she was evicted just five days before the final, and the pair were reunited on Friday after the end of the series.
Now Nathan has told MailOnline that just two days after the series ended, he has already traveled to her home in Cornwall to meet her family, and this week they are heading to Tenerife for a holiday together.

Despite accusations that their relationship was little more than a ‘showmance’, the pork seller fell in love with the dental assistant just days after they entered the famous home last month.
He also revealed that despite concerns that his political views would clash with her left-wing parents, Rosie has already won them over.
He said: ‘It was strange coming back to reality, but now a different reality, because obviously I’m here with Rosie, we’re going with Rosie now, not Baked Tattie.
‘It’s beautiful, it was really fun. For that to have happened there was just not even close to my thought process of what could have happened.
“But I’m so damn happy that it is, I found someone that I love so much without a doubt. I’m so happy that she makes me happy, and that’s great.’
When asked how it felt to meet Rosie at the live final, where Nathan finished in fifth place behind series champion Ali Bromley, he added: ‘Yes, it was lovely to see her.
‘Of course we saw each other at the afterparty on Friday, which was very nice. We talked and then I came by train yesterday. I met her mom and dad, which was really nice, they’ve been really nice to me, and it was great. It’s so strange, and that’s what I said about being in there, it’s just crazy.
‘We’ve known each other for five or six weeks now but we’ve clearly fallen in love, which is amazing, I’m so happy.
‘We’ve actually just booked, we’re going to Tenerife tomorrow for a few nights to get a bit of a tan as we’re both very pale, we haven’t seen sunlight for weeks.
After making things official in the house, Rosie, who was nicknamed ‘Baked Tattie’ by her boyfriend Nathan, was ripped away from him when she was evicted just five days before the final.
Now Nathan has told MailOnline that just two days after the series ended, he has already traveled to her home in Cornwall to meet her family.
‘We need a good tan, and yes, it will be lovely, really, it will be fun. She makes me happy, she makes me laugh. And yes, she’s a great person too.’
Following their respective exits, both Nathan and Rosie have dismissed claims that their relationship was a ‘showmance’, with the latter saying on Late and Live: ‘That’s literally a lad’s b******s, like I don’t do. I don’t mind that at all. I know it’s real.
“I was just worried because I wanted to make sure I was respectful to the housemates, I don’t really want to be over the top, and then I know my dad is watching and I thought he would like to hand me my butt, so I probably came across as rather awkward.
“I know that was in an artificial environment, that was probably the most real thing,” before adding that she “loved him.”
Nathan echoed that sentiment during his own post-eviction interview, describing Rosie’s eviction as his “toughest moment” in the house, and saying that any ideas that their relationship was a “showmance” were “the most false thing he’s heard.”
While Nathan said he hasn’t yet decided on his post-Big Brother career plans, he and Rosie are hoping to start a podcast with their housemates Emma Morgan and Sarah Griffiths.
Emma and Nathan formed a close friendship during their time on the show, leaving viewers in hysterics with their naughty pranks and savage pranks.
Of their surprise romance, he said, “For that to have happened there was just not even close to my thought process of what could have happened.”
“I’m so damn happy that it is, I found someone that I love so much without a doubt. “I’m so happy that she makes me happy, and that’s a wonderful thing,” he added
Nathan also formed a close friendship with housemate Emma Morgan, with the pair’s mischievous pranks and pranks leaving viewers in hysterics.
He added: ‘I love Emma too, Emma is the funniest person I have ever met.
“We did this, I don’t know if it was shown, but you had to make the person in front of you laugh, and honestly Emma just turned and turned and looked at me and I was in tears!
“Every time I look at her, she makes me laugh. I’m so glad I met Emma too, she’s just an amazing person.’
As for his plans after the show, he added: “I’ve been talking to Rosie about it the last few days, and I don’t know! I don’t know what I’m going to do, I’m not much of a planner anyway, I’m not much of a long-term thinker, I just do things and see what happens.
‘That’s why I love Rosie, so we’ll just take it as it comes. I have no idea what path I’m going to take, no idea what I’m going to do, but just see what happens. and I think that’s a good way.
“I’ve enjoyed the last six weeks, and let’s see what happens from here.”
