President Joe Biden tripped once again while boarding a short flight of stars at an event in Philadelphia on Friday.  The president appeared to lose his balance while scaling a trio of metal steps with a railing just as he was walking to take the stage for his event.  He quickly regained his balance and climbed up the staircase, which had a railing, and continued his demonstration.
