Has Bianca Censori had a secret boob job? Plastic surgeons give their verdict… and reveal how Kanye’s wife may have undergone a ‘below the radar’ breast op
Kanye West’s second wife, Bianca Censori, is often seen in stunningly revealing clothes that seem designed to flatter her figure.
The 29-year-old Australian architect and model was recently photographed in a sheer yellow bikini and beige thong during a weekend getaway in Santa Barbara County, California.
The ensemble joins a growing list of styles that include sheer, ‘nude illusion’ tops and ‘micro bras’ that barely conceal her figure.
It is no surprise that her extremely large breasts, which accentuate her slim, 5-foot-6 figure, have attracted much commentary, as well as speculation about whether she has undergone cosmetic breast surgery.
Some see her as a positive role model for her fight for sagging, natural breasts.

But in a thread on Reddit, other fans claimed her breasts looked “so high” and “not hanging”, while another suggested she had “big fake boobs” in images from a trip to Tokyo in June 2023.
In one photo, Bianca sat next to 46-year-old Kanye, wearing a sheer red bodysuit, amid speculation that she may have had breast augmentation surgery.
A Reddit user wrote: ‘Did Censori have surgery on the twins? They are BIGGER than normal.’
Another commented: ‘And so tall! No sag and they’re huge? Hmmmmmm.’
But even plastic surgeons are at a loss as to how Bianca can have such large breasts for her petite frame. It is possible that she had a fat graft or a small implant to lift her breasts.
“She has relatively large breasts compared to her small frame,” said Dr. Omar Tello, a breast and body plastic surgeon in London. “She may be naturally blessed, but she could have had an implant or a fat graft.”
In fat transplantation, fatty tissue from other parts of the body, such as the thighs or abdomen, is transferred to the breasts using small injections to give them more volume.

According to experts, the procedure can produce a smoother, more natural-looking – and less noticeable “off” – result compared to implants.
This can give women an ‘under the radar’ enlargement that is difficult to distinguish from the real thing.
Dr. Tello suspects that Bianca has had small breast implants, but adds that her breasts do have a “natural droop.”
He said: ‘It’s possible that she had breast implants years ago and the weight of them over time has caused some sagging. So that natural-looking drop could be from an old implant.’
But he admits there is “no strong evidence.”
Mr Patrick Mallucci, a world-renowned specialist in cosmetic breast surgery, also agrees that Bianca’s body is ‘unusual’.
He said: ‘Slim, petite women tend to have smaller breasts, so Bianca’s large, hanging breasts are unusual.
‘Normally she would be a better candidate for breast reduction than anything else.
‘Women often find such large breasts annoying, but she is clearly happy with her slightly sagging appearance, and that is not a bad thing at all.’
Bianca, who is known for her breathtaking looks, is depicted in revealing outfits that make her appear topless, and often with bare bottom.
She was spotted in Paris in June wearing a revealing outfit that appeared to be made entirely of tape.
The outfit was one of the most revealing yet and she wore a sort of bandage, a halter strap that covered only her nipples.
As a result of her “totally inappropriate” fashion choices, several Los Angeles restaurant owners decided to ban Bianca from their eateries earlier this month.
Photos of the model in her younger years show she has always had large breasts. According to Mr. Mallucci, it would be “a big surprise if a patient like her wanted bigger breasts.”
He suggests that her flaunting of her body is part of a “broader trend” toward a slim but voluptuous figure with large breasts and buttocks, but a small waist and legs. Kim Kardashian, Kanye’s first wife, is perhaps the best-known example.

Mr Mallucci said: ‘Of course not everyone needs to have erect, firm breasts and that is clearly what she hopes to convey.
“Most women with big butts and breasts are big all over, so it’s very noticeable. Is it natural? It’s impossible to know for sure,” he added.
Mr. Mallucci conducted the first scientific study in 2011 that defined the formula for perfectly proportioned breasts. This study was based on hundreds of volunteers being shown photos of breasts and asked to rate their attractiveness.
The study has now been repeated and confirms his initial findings.
“We now know from scientific research the golden ratio for a breast,” says Mallucci.
‘When viewed from the side, you should follow the 45/55 rule: 55 percent of the breast volume is at the bottom, below the nipple line, and 45 percent is at the top, above the nipple.
“Ideally, the nipple should point slightly upward,” he added.
He said, “The lower pole will have a tight, convex curve that attaches to the chest, and the upper pole will form a straight line or slightly concave curve to the chest.”

Mr Mallucci also suspects that Bianca had an implant, but he admits that “it is impossible to know for sure”.
He explained that plastic surgeons typically don’t place implants in women who already have large breasts because there is a risk of what is called a “waterfall deformity.”
Mr Mallucci added: ‘If the implant remains high in the breast and the rest of the breast hangs below it, the implant will be visible.
‘It is sometimes called a ‘snoopy’ anomaly because the chest looks a bit like the cartoon character Snoopy from the side.’
He explains that if a woman with larger breasts came to him and wanted a breast augmentation that looked natural, he would offer a fat graft, adding that this was ‘possibly’ a procedure that Bianca had undergone.
Plastic surgeons generally avoid placing implants in women who already have large breasts because it carries the risk of what is called a “waterfall deformity,” also known as a “snoopy” deformity
“Fatty tissue transplanted into the breast behaves like all fatty tissue: if a woman gains weight, it will expand and that means breast size will fluctuate,” he said.
‘It is possible that this is the reason that Bianca looks like she has larger breasts at different times, but it is difficult to say, because the appearance changes depending on the top a woman wears. In addition, breasts change shape during the month due to hormonal factors.’
Breasts can naturally change shape during a woman’s monthly cycle due to fluctuations in hormones. They may swell slightly and have some changes in texture.
Weight changes can also affect the size and shape of a woman’s breasts.
