The Australian model was spotted having lunch at the trendy Mario’s Café in Fitzroy, Melbourne, on Saturday with her parents, the Herald Sun reports.
The 29-year-old was away from her American rapper husband Kanye West, 46, as Bianca apparently traveled solo to Australia.
Bianca enjoyed a bowl of spaghetti carbonara after quietly slipping into the country to visit her family.
In contrast to her usually racy outfits, Bianca wore a khaki Miu Miu sweater dress and ‘blended in with the lunch crowd’, the Herald Sun claims.

It comes after news that Bianca’s loved ones are concerned her husband Kanye is “dragging her into the adult film business” and using her to promote his new Yeezy Porn venture, insiders claim.
The Grammy winner has been criticized by fans for appearing to reject the Christian beliefs he previously so publicly prioritized.
Bianca’s family and friends are said to be among the critics, fearing the architectural designer will be ‘used’ by the controversial musician to ‘promote sexual indecency’.
