Bhad Bhabie gave her first health update since revealing her cancer diagnosis after raising concerns among fans about her very thin and frail appearance.

As she arrived at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Sunday, the 21-year-old artist admitted she was “not ready yet” to talk about her health struggles.

When asked how she was doing, the mother of one (born Danielle Bregoli) hesitantly said she was doing “fine” before heading inside to catch her flight.

Just two days earlier, she stepped out for an early dinner at SugarFish in Calabasas, California with her boyfriend Le Vaughn.

As the pair walked back to their car, Bhabie looked noticeably thinner as she stayed close to her baby daddy, 26, while wearing an all-black outfit.

She accessorized her casual ensemble with a ‘Pretty Hustler’ hat with graffiti lettering on the front, a quilted white handbag and fluffy slippers.

After dining at the upscale sushi restaurant, the couple, who welcomed their first child together, daughter Kali Love, in March, headed to the McDonald’s drive-thru for a sweet treat.

This was the first time she was seen in public since she informed fans on Instagram that her sudden weight loss was due to her “cancer drug.”

Bhabie’s sighting comes after her mother, Barbara Ann Bregoli, confirmed that her daughter is battling cancer.

In an expletive-ridden video uploaded to her Instagram, Barbara said she was “feeling pretty excited right now with Maria, aka Perez Hilton, because she went on YouTube and talked about my daughter releasing on her Instagram Story about her cancer and said he would’. In the video, he asked his fans if they thought she was lying for attention.

“I’m going to say there’s also a possibility she pulled a Lil Tay. I don’t know if she’s lying, I’m not saying she’s lying, I just know that these types of people operate. “I wouldn’t put it past her to do something like this to get attention,” he said.

Bhabie continued, “I hope that’s the case because it would suck if she had or still has cancer at such a young age.”

A woman with heavily tattooed arms sat right next to her, and although her face was not visible, it appeared to be Bregoli, as she has similar butterfly tattoos on her arms and wrists.
