Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowles revealed she lost her Malibu bungalow to the catastrophic wildfires that devastated Los Angeles.

The area will start from Tuesday was hit by the worst storms in more than a decade, sparking fires that have destroyed thousands of structures and claimed at least five lives in the past three days.

Her post was accompanied by a video of the ocean view from her bungalow, with what appeared to be dolphins briefly emerging above the waves.

‘This is what I watched from my little water bungalow in Malibu on my birthday last weekend! It was my favorite place, my sanctuary, my sacred Happy Place. Now it’s gone!!’ she exclaimed in her caption.

“God bless all the brave men and women in our fire service who risked their lives in dangerous conditions. We thank you for your dedication and courage and for saving so many lives,” she continued.

“This could have been so much worse without the efforts of disaster workers and first responders. I am so sad for the people who lost the five family members. My deepest prayers are with you!!!!!!” Tina noted.

“For the people who have lost their homes and belongings, I can only imagine what it feels like to lose property and everything you own! My heart and deep prayers go out to all of you. I cannot imagine the pain, suffering and fear you are undergoing…

She concluded, “I pray diligently for our beautiful city of Los Angeles!! But we are resilient and we will recover! “This too shall pass.”

Although it is currently unknown when Tina purchased her Malibu bungalow or how much she paid to acquire the property at the time.

The purchase would give her a close bond with her daughter Beyoncé and son-in-law Jay-Z, who bought a Malibu mansion in 2023 for $200 million — reportedly the most expensive property ever sold in California history, via TMZ.

Last month, Jay-Z strongly denied allegations made against him in a new lawsuit accusing him and Sean “Diddy” Combs of raping a 13-year-old girl at a party in 2000.

Tina has now joined an untold number of people who have lost homes to the wildfires still raging in Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
