Beyonce gets hair done with Blue Ivy in snaps, reveals first job was sweeping at her mom’s salon

Beyonce has revealed that her first job was sweeping hair at her mom’s salon growing up, as she teased a big announcement honoring Tina Knowles Lawson.

The 41-year-old megastar – who recently thanked a superfan who has been to more than 35 of her shows – took to Instagram on Tuesday to share snaps of herself and daughter Blue Ivy, 11, getting their hair done.

She posted the images along with a handwritten note that read, “How many of you knew my first job was sweeping at my mom’s salon?

“Destiny’s Child got its start by performing for clients while getting their hair done. I was exposed to so many different kinds of enterprising women in her salon.

“I saw firsthand how the ways we care for and celebrate her can have a direct impact on our souls.” I’ve seen her heal and be of service to so many women.’

Then she got the Beyhive buzzing as she teased a new project aiming to honor her 69-year-old mother Tina.

Beyonce concluded, “Having learned so much on my hair journey, I’ve always dreamed of continuing her legacy

“I can’t wait for you to experience what I’ve made.”

One of the images showed Beyonce with an electric hair product in her hand holding her signature highlighted blonde locks while looking in the makeup mirror.

She showed off a lot of cleavage in a low-cut white romper with puffy three-quarter sleeves.

Blue Ivy appeared to be putting her braided hair into curlers as she sat with a smirk on her face.

Beyonce and company have previously shed light on their parlor appearance when she and girl group Destiny’s Child famously worked in a parlor in their iconic music video for the 1999 hit Bills, Bills, Bills.

The A-list star is currently on her Renaissance World Tour, which will fill stadiums around the world.

Grandchildren: Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles Lawson, 69, who is traveling with the tour, shared on Instagram that she had taken her grandchildren to the London premiere of The Little Mermaid. She said star Halle Bailey, 23, was “extraordinary in this film,” followed by a loving “So proud❤️”

The next tour stop will take place on Wednesday at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, and will continue across Europe until the end of June.

In July, Beyonce will cross the pond for concerts in Canada before returning to her native US, finally finishing at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on September 27.

The Halo artist appeared to be taking a break from performing and social media as she rests up for her next gig, but her mum Tina, 69, who is traveling with the tour, gave an update on what she’s been up to.

The clothing designer looked sleek in a white suit with a silver bustier at the London premiere of The Little Mermaid on Monday night.

Tina shared the event on Instagram, writing, “Last night at the London premiere. Couldn’t go on the actual beach red carpet last night because I had my grandchildren, but the carpet was so enchanting it looked like a beach.”

Beyoncé’s husband Jay-Z, 53, and Blue Ivy have been spotted on the tour. The couple are also parents to twins Rumi and Sir, who will soon be six.

Tina said starkly, “@hallebailey was extraordinary in this movie,” followed by a loving “So proud❤️”
