Beverly Hills plastic surgeon reveals genius method for slowing down the aging process WITHOUT pricey surgery or treatments – and it takes just 20 minutes a day

A plastic surgeon has discovered what you can do every day to slow down the aging process – and it doesn't take more than 20 minutes.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Faryan Jalalabadi, out Beverly Hills, California, shares wildly popular anti-aging tips about TikTok.

In a recent “anti-aging tip 192” video, the doctor explained how spending just 15 to 20 minutes in the sauna can help slow the aging process and improve collagen production.

However, the TikTok-famous plastic surgeon advised against spending too much time in the sauna, which could have dire consequences.

'The sauna slows down the aging process of the skin. It improves the production of collagen and elastin. It detoxifies the skin through the sweating process,” explained Dr. Jalabadi, adding that spending time in a sauna is especially good for your heart and lungs.

“It improves blood circulation to your skin,” the content creator continued.

“It releases small proteins that protect your DNA and your cells from aging from the shock of the heat,” said Dr. Jalabadi to his followers, adding that you only need 15 to 20 minutes to see all the benefits.

“Every day you do this, it's an anti-aging practice,” the Californian continued.

Dr. However, Jalabadi cautioned that it is possible to overdo it and cautioned against forcing yourself to do 40 minutes, which could be dangerous and lead to exhaustion, dehydration, dizziness, nausea, headaches or even heat stroke. The doctor further explained that sauna time is not beneficial for people with the skin condition melasma, in which brown spots appear on the face, as it worsens hyperpigmentation.

But Dr. Jalabadi warned against spending more than 20 minutes in the sauna as he said it could be dangerous

Dr. Jalalabadi often shares his anti-aging tips in short, easily digestible video clips.

In recent videos, the plastic surgeon advised his followers to avoid consuming processed sugar, lifting heavy weights to maintain bone density and taking cold showers to improve your hair and skin.

The influencer has amassed more than 36,000 TikTok followers who tune in to his simple anti-aging tips, especially since many involve small lifestyle changes instead of expensive skincare products.
