The 52-year-old former royal housewife from New York, who shared a recent update on her health, posted a photo of her butt with her pants pulled down around her ankles as she cheekily compared her butt to that of Kelly Ripa, 52. years.
Bethenny proudly showed off her butt in purple underwear paired with a long-sleeved white sweater.
The post was placed alongside a risqué snap of Kelly in a black bathing suit, showing off her toned frame.
Bethenny captioned the post: ‘Who wore it best?’ P.S. Am I still eligible for a gym membership discount in January? And I’d kiss Miss Kelly’s ass any day of the week! Perfection!’

The light-hearted post comes amid a health battle the Skinny Girl mogul has been dealing with.
Last month, Bethenny shared a video on Instagram updating her fans on why her face has looked “different” recently.
He shared that his battle with POTS, a blood circulation disorder, has worsened since COVID, creating a multitude of symptoms, including weight gain, swelling, dehydration, and pain.
‘Many of you wonder why my face looks different in my makeup videos and it’s because I’m in bad shape. I’m not doing that great,’ she said in the video.
She later took to TikTok with more clips, and at one point, her voice cracked as she broke down in tears while talking about staying healthy for her 12-year-old daughter Bryn Hoppy.
‘What really worries me is the terror of simply not being healthy for my daughter. That’s the biggest. Who cares about the rest of her, I just want to be healthy for her.
POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) is a blood circulation disorder that causes the heart to beat faster than normal after going from sitting to standing.

All funny: The talk show host and the reality star have been friends for years.
Patients diagnosed with POTS may experience rapid heart rate, low blood pressure, fainting, and dizziness.
The reality star first took to Instagram, writing: “There have been some comments about my face looking different in recent videos so here’s why.”
“I’m bloated, bloated and I’ve gained 4lbs in 3 days because my body is desperately holding on to whatever water it can get,” the star explained.
She continued: ‘A while ago I shared what has been a serious battle with POTS. This is an autoimmune disorder that seems to have dramatically exacerbated since COVID. I know there are a lot of you out there, so thanks for all the info. Without a doubt, it is a condition that must be managed.
‘I suffer from severe chronic dehydration. I have always experienced extremely low blood pressure and dehydration, but it has gotten exponentially worse.’
“I try really hard to stay hydrated, put in an IV, and haven’t had a drink for 6 months. I’m basically on the case,” Frankel added.
‘The altitude and a dry climate (in my favorite place in the world to practice my favorite sport) present additional challenges.’
At the end of his statement, he reminded his followers to think twice before commenting on someone’s appearance: ‘PS. When you comment on someone’s physical appearance, you may not know exactly what they are enduring personally, physically, and emotionally.
