Compiling the best XM4 gear in BlackOps6 should be your first port of call if you want a weapon to dominate as you rise through the early levels.
As is the case with almost everyone Call of duty In multiplayer, the all-round assault rifle is one of the first weapons you unlock, and one of the best.
It’s essentially an M4 Carbine van Call of duty old games: a fully automatic weapon with low recoil capable of fighting at almost any distance and dealing significant damage. The build you want to use will play to the weapon’s strengths, which is that while it doesn’t excel in any one area, in the right hands it can compete with almost any other weapon in the game.

How to unlock the XM4 in Black Ops 6
Unlocking the XM4 is incredibly easy as all you have to do is: reach level four. This is the level where you unlock custom loadouts and the XM4 is already waiting for you as the first assault rifle.
In the meantime, you can use Enforcer’s standard equipment, as the XM4 is also the main weapon found there.

First of all, note that we can equip eight attachments here thanks to the Gunfighter wildcard that is unlocked at level 33; more about that at the end of this manual. If you don’t already have one, just choose the first five attachments listed here.
The iron sights on the XM4 are not the best. Since you want to compete at a distance, you want something with a little more zoom, but you don’t want that either at especially since you still need to be able to deal with enemies up close. The Dobrych MF Reflex vision is perfect for that, but we also recommend trying a few to determine which one suits you best.
The rest of the build is all about accentuating the XM4’s existing strengths, so we went for the Compensator to improve the already quite reasonable vertical recoil. Combined with the Long barrel which greatly improves the damage range, these two attachments are essential for longer range firefights.
Then we have the Ranger handle which softens the horizontal recoil, but also improves your movement speed when sprinting. You could tailor the weapon more for long-range combat here, but there BlackOps6 multiplayer is quite fast, the mobility improvement is useful. The Command handle lends itself to this too, with improved down aim speed and sprint to fire.
With the extra three attachments we went for the first Expanded Mag because it increases the magazine size from 30 to 45 without any drawbacks, the Combat supply to improve your flinch resistance and target running motion speed, and the Recoil springs to control recoil even better.

For an all-rounder weapon, you want an all-rounder class, so nothing is particularly specialized here, but it’s a solid all-rounder. Go for the Grechova pistol, as it is the only fully automatic sidearm in the game and can be very useful when you need to switch quickly. The Concussion And Frag grenade choices are pretty standard, and the Trophy system helps defend your location or objective from incoming throwables.
The bonus system BlackOps6 uses specialties, which essentially means that if you have three of the same color, you get a bonus advantage. In this case we go for three blue benefits: Ghost, Forward IntelAnd Vigilance.
That activates the Explore specialty, which gives you x-ray vision for a few moments after you reappear so you can see enemies outline, you receive a HUD (heads-up display) flash when an enemy is just out of your view, and you don’t leave the dead skulls when you kill enemies.
Ghost means you are invisible to enemy radar pings and UAVs while you move or interact. Forward Intel increases the area of your minimap and shows the direction enemies are traveling for revealed enemies, and Vigilance shows a HUD icon when you appear on an enemy minimap, and it makes you immune to Counter UAVs, Scrambler, and Sleeper Agent.
Finally, as mentioned above, we have the Gunfighter wildcard. This allows for three additional attachments on your primary weapon, giving us a total of eight to use. It doesn’t unlock until level 33, though, so you’ll have to do some grinding first.
