However, wellness expert Haylene Ryan-Causer has revealed some easy exercises to help you get back to exercising after Christmas dinner.

A GLASS OF CHAMPAGNE
Corks will be popping across the country this festive season.
And whether you’re enjoying a bottle of bubbly with friends or filling glasses on Christmas morning with the family, it can seem all too easy to drink too much.
Haylene explained how there are a number of exercises that can be completed in just 10 minutes to eliminate calories consumed in the fizz.
