Suit Tech upgrades as new Spider-Man 2and passive increases damage, health, movement speed, and Focus. You’ll need to get these upgrades over the course of the campaign, and make choices about which perks you want to unlock and use first. That’s where I come from.
In this Spider-Man 2 guide, I’ll walk you through how Suit Tech upgrades work, which ones you want to prioritize first, and help you choose which elite node perks are best for you.
(Spoiler Warning: This guide shows the skill of the Tech guide and discusses minor cheats about coins and activities)
How do Suit Tech upgrades work?
Both Miles and Peter will get passive upgrades from the Suit Tech trees, which allow you to choose from Health, Damage, Focusand Traversal.
Each of these upgrades is more expensive than the last the further you go down the tree, so you’ll end up with a few points on one tree before buying any additional upgrades on the other. As your currency, you will be to all four kinds of signs With a Suit Tech tree, so you can’t just focus your time on farming Tech Parts if you want to boost your Spidey power.
One interesting wrinkle of this system is that each tree has two decision of the lymphatics choose for yourself. The third and sixth upgrades always offer you two different perks, and you’ll only be able to have them one their active for a time. Thankfully, when you buy these perks, you also unlock their second option, so switching between them just takes a quick trip to the menu.
Which upgrade would be best?
The Focus The tree is going to give you the most diverse and significant upgrades. You’ll get additional Focus meters, more ways to generate Focus, and even a . let him be deceived by death ability, if need be. This makes the Focus a worthwhile investment.
But if you ignore it Health or * Damageyou are going to have a bad time. These puncture-blocking updates might just be boring, but they’re crucial to some recent battles where both enemies and bosses hit hard and have tons of health.
Traversal It is primarily a luxury investment. The city he does It’s an incredible feeling to move around once you’ve maxed out traversal from the tree, but nothing really helps you upgrade the campaign.
I recommend splitting the upgrade points between Focus, Damage and Health, with Focus being your first max priority.
Health
Almost all of these upgrades just increase your max HP, which is boring, but important.
Your first decision here is if you want to do Confidence Boost (which heals you when you complete a perfect Dodge) or Parry Recovery (which heals you when you parry). I recommend two of them Confidence Boostescaping is precisely what I fail to do. However, Rejuvenating Parry is also good if you find it suits your game better.
The second choice is between Best Defense (heals you on every 10th combo hit) or Life Link (shooter hits heal you). Life Link The choice of non-freezer is here, as it is much more frequent and far more useful.
Damage
Similar to Salvation, the Damage tree is primarily only as good as the amount of damage you deal. It’s a shame, but it’s still fun.
The nodes of your choice here are more interesting than in health, however. The first choice is between air marshal (greatly increases air damage to enemies) and Focused Parrius (attack units to eliminate recharge capabilities). The ability to recharge is very valuable in Spider-Man 2, but I recommend it Air marshalas well as some other possibilities later in this tree.
Your options for second choice nodes here are Combo King (you gain some ability energy for every 10th hit in your combo) and Floor Wash (successive Air Attacks gain increased damage, but this bonus resets when you land). Again, energy recharge is great, but 10 hits is too long to expect this effect. Wash the flooron the other hand, it pairs magically with Air Marshal to help you deal some big damage.
Focus
There are important upgrades in the Focus tree, and there are no selected nodes.
Double focus (Focus bar to gain another) and Triple Focus (Third Focus bar) Here are the best upgrades, and we recommend that you grab them as soon as possible.
As for the chosen nodes, I recommend it Focused for free (gains 10% bonus Focus when using abilities) over Target Acquisition (automatically tag enemies when you see Scan) as it is generally more useful.
In the second choice of node, it is actually the best among them to exchange work. Eyes on the Target (while sneaking, watching the spectacles that your enemies can see running the target) is useful for sneaking combat, but you only need to be stealthy in certain situations. Spider-Man 2legations s. Perfect view (the amount of time before a critical threat is taken once per battle) is most useful for boss fights, but is also a general tool in the open world.
Traversal
Traversal is all about speed, and most upgrades will help you move faster with web wings or swing.
If you want to experience the best of NYC trends with as little investment as possible, you’ll want to pick one up Amazing Launch (Adds a boost to your Lead Point with a hit jump after the web zip) upgrade and then choose Acrobat (Point Lead is now max force) upgrade on the node of first choice instead of charging (Command Jump and the slingshot will send you further and higher).
At the last upgrade node, targets All seeing (Reveal the Tech Crates and the Spider-Bots mini-map) first until you’ve collected all of the Spider-Bots – Seeing everything on the mini-map only works, so check out my Spider-Bots guide for some help getting to each of them. . When you are done with All Seeing, Swap to Active Spider (Increased height and distance of Spider-Jump and Spider-Dash).
