Best Jackal PDW gear and class builds in Black Ops 6
Once you have the Jackal PDW in BlackOps6you should start leveling right away. This is because while it may have been tweaked since the beta, it’s still the best SMG at launch – and can rip enemies to shreds when properly equipped.
While all the SMGs are inside BlackOps6 are quite mobile, the Jackal PDW is the best of the bunch and therefore tops our list of the best BlackOps6 guns.
With the right attachments it can handle any situation, but it is best to equip it to ensure close-range dominance as there are better alternatives, such as the XM4, to handle medium-range combat.
Here is the best Jackal PDW gear in BlackOps6along with details on how to unlock it and what class to use alongside it.
How to unlock the Jackal PDW in Black Ops 6
To unlock the Jackal PDW BlackOps6 multiplayer, you have to achieve level 43. This means you’ll have to use some of the other weapons in the game so far, but we recommend switching to the Jackal PDW once you unlock it, thanks to how strong it is.
However, there is a catch: if you purchased the Vault edition from BlackOps6you will receive five Masterpiece weapons, including the Scourge variant of the Jackal PDW.
This comes with two masterpiece attachments – the CHF Barrel and Infiltrator Stock – and it means you won’t be able to use the build suggested in this guide until you level it up to unlock more attachments. That said, you can still start using the gun itself right away if you want to give it a spin.
Best Jackal PDW Gear in Black Ops 6
The best Jackal PDW gear is in here BlackOps6:
- Walk: Short summary
- Underrun: Ranger handle
- Back handle: Ergonomic handle
- Stock: Balanced stock
- Laser: Strelok laser
The Jackal PDW is all about getting up close and personal and staying on the go. As a result, you’ll mainly want to engage in hip-fire combat and only aim downwards when absolutely necessary. The Short summary is essential for the mobility enthusiasts, while the Ranger handle improves your sprint speed and horizontal kickback control.
The Ergonomic handle is perhaps the most important attachment in this build, as it improves all kinds of speeds: slide to shoot, dive to shoot, and aim down. The Balanced stock is similar to its movement speed improvements, allowing you to keep sprinting anywhere.
Finally the Strelok laser is a big help when you need to aim downwards, but if you don’t mind the laser being visible to enemies when they are on the hip, go for the Steady Aim or Fast Motion Laser.
Best Jackal PDW Class in Black Ops 6
This is the best class to use alongside the Jackal PDW BlackOps6:
- Secondary: XM4
- Melee: Knife
- Tactical: Stimshot
- Deadly: Semtex
- Field upgrade: Neurogas
- Advantage 1: Gung Ho
- Advantage 2: Bruiser
- Benefit 3: Double time
- Wild card: Exaggerated
Thanks to the Exaggerated wildcard, you can use another primary weapon as a secondary weapon, so we recommend the XM4 for those moments when you need to fight at medium range.
The Knife is your only melee option for now, and since you’re constantly running around, the Encourage shot will keep you alive longer. Semtex is preferable to lethal over the fragment grenade, as it does not require cooking Neurogas is great to throw down when you’re running around a group of enemies and need to keep ducking and weaving.
To take advantage of the combat specialties system, we opted for the red benefits. Bruiser ensures that each melee kill replenishes your health and gives you an extra score (although, if you find yourself not using a lot of melee attacks, Assassin is also a solid option), while Gung Ho This allows you to reload while using a Tactical Dash and has fewer movement penalties when reloading or using equipment. The agility is just as good though, as it means your weapon moves less when jumping, sliding and diving, and you take less fall damage.
Finally, Double time allows you to use tactical sprint for significantly longer. All of this ensures you get the benefits of Enforcer, meaning your movement speed and health recovery are improved when you kill enemies – a no-brainer when it comes to a class with this playstyle.
