Ben Affleck appeared to be in good spirits just hours after he was evacuated from his $20 million bachelor pad in the Pacific Palisades due to the California wildfires.
The actor had rushed to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner’s nearby home on Tuesday to pick up their three children, and sources confirmed to DailyMail.com that they are all now safe.
Now looking a little more at ease, Affleck was spotted with a big grin as he appeared to check on his neighbors in the upscale Brentwood neighborhood.
He wore a hooded sweatshirt and sported his signature beard as he hugged an acquaintance before getting back into his luxury SUV.
Affleck has been living in the bachelor pad since his divorce from Jennifer Lopez, which left behind the $68 million home they once shared.
He is one of many celebrities whose homes in the area have been affected by the devastating fires.
On Tuesday, the premiere of his film Unstoppable, starring Lopez, was canceled.
