Ben Affleck puffs a cigarette in his car before having pizza delivered to his $100K-a-month rental near ex Jennifer Garner… amid Jennifer Lopez divorce rumors

Ben Affleck was spotted smoking a cigarette while driving his matte gray BMW on Wednesday as he arrived at his $100,000-a-month Brentwood mansion.

The Good Will Hunting actor, 51 — whose boyfriend Jason Mewes recently opened up about the Jennifer Lopez rumors — later ordered pizza to be delivered to the rental house while his wife, 54, is busy promoting her upcoming film, Atlas.

The star was seen in a blue shirt with the sleeves rolled up as he relaxed in the driver’s seat, easily flashing his wedding ring.

Affleck received two separate food deliveries during the day and at one point was seen grabbing one of the orders that had been left out the front.

Ben stayed at the lavish mansion while filming his latest movie titled The Accountant 2.

The divorce speculation comes amid reports that the couple has been “living apart” and that Ben “moved out of their $60 million LA home just weeks ago.”

It was recently revealed that the Brentwood home is just two blocks away from the ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.

Also on Thursday, Ben’s longtime boyfriend, Jason Mewes, addressed the rumors that the actor is on the verge of divorce from Lopez after two years of marriage.

Mewes said TMZ he does not ‘believe’ all the gossip that the Oscar winner and the On The Floor singer will break up.

He explained that after seeing how happy they were at their 2022 wedding in Georgia, he thinks they are doing well. “I don’t want to be cheesy, but it was very heartfelt,” he told the reporter as he stood in a parking lot.

Jason added that Bennifer was clearly still deeply in love after 20 years: “It seemed very genuine and real.”

But Jason also admitted that he has only spoken to Ben – who hid his wedding ring in LA – once since his wedding, but that he would be ‘shocked’ if they ended their marriage.

However, Mewes offered that Ben may be living in a new house away from Jennifer just to focus on his new film, the sequel to The Accountant.

“He might not want random people coming out of the house during rehearsals,” Jason suggested.

The two friends most notably collaborated on Dogma in 1999 and Jay And Silent Bob Strike Back in 2001.

This comes after Jennifer snapped at a reporter in Mexico on Wednesday while promoting her sci-fi film Atlas.

She said the reporter knew better than to ask about her and Ben. The journalist asked if the divorce rumors were real before Lopez taught him about press etiquette.

The actress said this on Monday at the Los Angeles premiere of Atlas Entertainment tonight that she is comforted by those closest to her.

“The one thing you can always rely on is family,” the Bronx-born beauty shared with the outlet while on the red carpet. She also looked cheerful.

Her comments are not what you would expect as there are claims of very big issues brewing with her immediate family.

That same day Page six claimed her husband is over the union and ready for a divorce.

However, People has insisted the couple will last because they have a ‘great love story’.

Her family consists of many children. Together, she and Ben care for his children with Garner – Violet, Seraphina and Samuel – and her two teenagers with Marc Anthony – twins Max and Emme.

Jennifer is also often with her mother Guadalupe and her two sisters Leslie and Lynda.

Page Six painted a bleak portrait of Bennifer 2.0. A source told the site that the Oscar-winning Argo star has “come to his senses” about his “fever dream” Lopez wedding.

Apparently, the star was so wrapped up in his love for the Atlas actress that he couldn’t think straight. But now his head is clear and he “knows” he needs a divorce, despite spending quality time alone with Lopez in recent days.

Jennifer has also been eyeing new properties, although a source told Page Six it’s only for “investment purposes.”

“If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would do it,” the insider said.

“He feels like the last two years were just a fever dream, and he has now come to his senses and understands that this is just not going to work.”

Fans started noticing that something might be off with the power couple earlier this month when they hadn’t been photographed together in almost two months.

Affleck wasn’t wearing his wedding ring last Saturday when he met ex-wife Jennifer Garner and their 18-year-old daughter Violet to watch son Samuel’s basketball game.

But earlier on Tuesday, while enjoying a boys’ night out in Los Angeles, Ben wore his wedding ring.

Last week, both Ben and Jennifer were reunited as they made their first appearance together in 47 days at the time.

The pair attended a school production for his 15-year-old Finn Affleck, who uses the pronoun “she” and previously went by the name Seraphina.

However, a source told DailyMail.com: ‘Ben didn’t look happy to see JLo when she arrived at a show for one of his children. When he saw her get out of her car, they did not hug or kiss.”

But last weekend on Sunday – a day after Affleck was spotted without a ring – the two stars reunited.

Ben and Jennifer were spotted together in his sleek BMW after attending a film event at the Aero Theater in Brentwood. Both their children and Jennifer Garner were also spotted at the location.

The couple had smiles on their faces as they left the theater, and they were also both seen wearing their wedding rings.

As he drove away, Affleck was also seen holding his smartphone, and the screen showed a photo of Lopez along with the name “Jennifer Affleck.”
