Ben Affleck and new wife Jennifer Lopez join his ex Jennifer Garner during outing with kids

Jennifer Lopez and husband, Ben Affleck, stepped out in Santa Monica on Thursday, as did the actor’s ex, Jennifer Garner, with kids Maximilian and Samuel.

The Shotgun Wedding actress, 53, who has been busy promoting her upcoming Netflix movie titled The Mother, shares twins Maximilian, also known as Max, and Emme, 15, with her ex-husband, Marc Anthony .

The Air actor, 50, and his ex-wife, 51, share daughters Violet, 17, and Seraphina, 14, as well as son Samuel, 11.

Lopez opted for stylish comfort while enjoying the warmer weather by wearing a plain white short-sleeved cropped shirt that flashed a glimpse of her toned midriff.

She also wore a pair of cream-colored baggy pants fastened around her waist with a belt of the same material.

The On The Floor hitmaker slipped into a pair of white and gold sneakers to match the color scheme of her outfit for the day.

Her long locks were parted in the middle and fell effortlessly over her shoulders.

She accessorized her look by adding a pair of large earrings with gold hoops, along with a chain necklace with a round pendant that rested atop her plain shirt.

Jennifer donned a pair of stylish brown shades to shield her eyes as she strolled under the blazing sun with husbands Ben, Max and Samuel.

The star opted not to carry a heavy purse or handbag and simply held her smartphone in her left hand as they walked down the busy sidewalk.

The Gone Girl actor also opted for casual comfort in slightly faded jeans and a red T-shirt with Charles Dickens print.

The Oscar winner paired his ensemble with a black jacket that he chose to let go for the afternoon outing in Santa Monica.

He donned a pair of colorful Nike sneakers as he accompanied Jennifer, who he will celebrate his one-year marriage to later in July, and Max and Samuel. While Max put on a white and black outfit, Samuel was seen in red and dark blue.

Jennifer Garner, who celebrated her 51st birthday earlier this week on Monday, was also seen driving a sleek, blue vehicle in the same neighborhood she was in on Thursday.

The star, who recently stepped out with her son, Samuel, donned fashionable sunglasses and what appeared to be a gray blazer.

Lopez has previously opened up about co-parenting with their exes and their blended families, recently discussing the topic during an interview with Fashion late last year in November.

The Hustlers actress gushed that Garner is “a great co-parent” and that both she and Ben “work really well together.” The former couple tied the knot in 2005 until their divorce was finalized in 2018.

In regards to merging their families, the singer said, “The transition is a process that needs to be handled with such care.”

She explained that the children “have so many feelings.” They are teenagers. But so far it’s going very well.’

“What I hope to cultivate with our family is that his children have a new ally in me and my children have a new ally in him. [Affleck]someone who really loves and cares about them but can have a different perspective and help me see things that I can’t see with my kids because I’m so emotionally bound.”
