Below Deck star Hannah Ferrier criticised for cringe sponsorship post where she spruiks a psychic: ‘You are so much better than this!’

Hannah Ferrier tried to capitalize on her minor star status on Thursday by signing a brand deal, but her fans brutally shut it down.

The Below Deck star, 36, posted a lengthy video of herself setting up a paranormal hotline and was mauled by her Instagram followers for promoting the service.

The footage showed Hannah strolling around a luxury villa with her daughter Ava, three, and said psychics bought her the “joy of certainty” when making life decisions.

Followers flocked to The Traitors star’s comments to grill her with criticism of the sponsored post.

One person wrote: ‘June, June, Hannah… Your publicist called, this ad is a bad idea.’

Another said: ‘Oh come on Hannah… How much did they pay you to make you do this?!’

“This is not ethical at all,” a third added, while someone else said: “I’m so disappointed that you’re promoting something like this.”

Yet another follower said: ‘Hannah you are so much better than this madness.’

Despite the overwhelming negative backlash Hannah received for poisoning psychics, some fans came to her defense in the comments.

‘Hannah, you are, darling! So? You made a commercial for psychics,” someone said.

‘If it puts money in your wallet, who cares what it’s about! Are you going to earn that money, honey!’

Another wrote: ‘That’s great, I hope it all works out for you,’ while someone else added: ‘You look amazing. Keep doing what you’re doing!’

A fourth commented: ‘It is what it is. She is a smart lady and earns her money. I think it’s weird that people are twisting their panties over this.’

Hannah has recently made a name for herself after starring in Below Deck Mediterranean and Channel 10’s failed dating series The Real Love Boat.

More recently, she starred in the second season of the reality competition series The Traitors.
