An editor who worked on a hit Bravo reality show is facing child molestation charges in California as terrifying video emerges claiming he physically attacks his son and threatens to kill his estranged wife.
Christopher Charkowski, 39, who according to IMDb worked on 81 episodes of Below Deck Mediterranean, a show that shows what it's like to work on luxury yachts rented by the rich and famous, was arrested on January 4, reports Newsweek.
An X-user named Beks of @Antifaoperative posted the videos online on Sunday, as well as documents surrounding his arrest. If convicted of these charges, Charkowski could face up to six years in prison.
In their messages, Beks claims to be a friend of Charkowski's wife, Dara Fay Stransky. She also responds in the thread and jokes: “Oh look, that's my soon-to-be ex-husband.” Beks replied, “I love you, warrior.”
“Editor for multiple shows, including &, has been charged with felony child endangerment,” Beks wrote to start the thread.

The gruesome videos appear to come from a camera reportedly located in Charkowski's home. In the clip, a man repeatedly hits a small child. The clip also shows two other children and two dogs.
In another piece of footage, the man, who Beks says is Charkowski, threatens an older woman, said to be the editor's mother, saying, “I'm going to fucking kill her, then I'm going to kill her.” commit suicide.'
Friends of the couple reacted with outrage to the images.
“Chris, I'm beyond disappointed in you. As a friend, there is no way I will forgive you for this. I'm absolutely disgusted with you. This is extremely hard to watch, serious trigger warning,” one person wrote.
“I'm just so tired of people saying and doing things that keep abusers in the shadows. As a culture, we need to do better for victims of domestic violence,” someone else wrote in a tweet that Dara Stransky retweeted.
Meanwhile, her friends have tried that collect money to help her and her children through this difficult time.

On a career website, Charkowski says he is from New Jersey and moved to Los Angeles to work in television.
