The show follows Kim as the high-powered divorce attorney in Los Angeles who runs a successful all-female law firm.
It will be inspired by Kardashian’s real-life attorney, Laura Wasser, who represented her in divorce proceedings with Kanye West and Kris Humphries.
All’s Fair was created by Jon Robin Baitz (Brothers & Sisters, Feud: Capote Vs. The Swans) and Joe Baken.
Kim will star opposite several critically acclaimed actresses, including Glenn Close, Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson and Niecy Nash.
Halle Berry was forced out of the show’s A-list due to a scheduling conflict just days after her addition was confirmed.
She was also expected to be one of the show’s executive producers.
Kardashian, her mother/manager Kris Jenner and Murphy will all executive produce with Baitz and Baken.
Jamie Pachino, Laura Greene and Richard Levine will also serve as writers and executive producers.
Close also serves as executive producer, along with Alexis Martin Woodall, Eric Kovtun and Scott Robertson.

The series will go into production later this year and was one of five TV shows to receive a share of $58 million in California tax breaks.
The show is expected to shoot for 97 days in California and an additional 10 days outside of Los Angeles.
Hulu is expected to release the show sometime in 2025, although no premiere date has been given yet.
On the final season of Kim’s Hulu show The Kardashians, it was revealed that Murphy, the creator of American Horror Story, came to Kris’ house to pitch this series after Kim starred in AHS: Delicate.
The news of Ed’s casting comes a week after Kim’s love interest was revealed on-screen in All’s Fair.

The outlet reported last Wednesday that Noszka had been cast as a series regular and would play the role of Chase Monroe.
Noszka confirmed the news via Instagram and teased further details about his character.
