Princess Diana’s nieces Lady Amelia and Eliza Spencer have shared a behind-the-scenes look at their time in Milan for fashion week.

The 29-year-old society beauties are following in the footsteps of their older sister, Lady Kitty Spencer, who has carved out a career in modeling after becoming a fixture on London’s social scene.

The twins have been seen making a number of appearances during fashion month in various cities.

Amelia and Eliza, both signed to Storm Model Management, posted snaps enjoying dinner in Italy and posing with designers in glamorous outfits.

The sisters, who often coordinate their outfits but choose completely different looks for the occasion, posed for some photos with Andrea Santoni, the founder of Italian shoe brand Santoni.

The sisters shared a plethora of snaps on Instagram as they enjoyed the Italian city during fashion week.

Lady Amelia opted for an elegant oversized scarlet gown with shiny bronze heels, while Lady Eliza donned a floor-length fitted black dress with yellow heels.

While the sisters didn’t coordinate their outfits, they wore their hair in an identical style, sweeping their blonde locks into a sleek ponytail.

Earlier this month, the twins made their modeling debut at London Fashion Week.

Amelia and her twin sister strutted down the Josh Birch Jones Runway at the CityWide Celebration show.

The beauty dazzled in floor-length gowns and exuded confidence as she walked the runway.

Josh Birch Jones, the youngest member of the British Fashion Council, presented his Autumn Winter 2023 collection at Dartmouth House.

Lady Amelia looked amazing in a one-shoulder emerald green sequined gown that featured a side slit.

Her ensemble was completed with strappy silver heels and her blonde locks were pulled back into a low bun.

The twins, who often coordinate their outfits, opted for different outfits for the event in Milan this week.

The two sisters appeared to sit down to enjoy a lavish dinner with the designer after posing for photos.

The model’s glamorous makeup enhanced her flawless complexion and was completed with a smoky eyeshadow look.

Lady Eliza wowed in a floor-length black caped gown that was embellished with colorful rhinestones.

The royal blonde locks were also pulled back from her face in a low ponytail and her glamorous makeup complemented her dewy complexion.

The sisters grew up with their father and mother Victoria Aitken in Constantia, but spent much time in the UK after their parents separated and Charles moved back to the family seat of Althorp.

They have two half-sisters and a half-brother from their father’s second and third marriages, and a half-brother from their mother’s second marriage.

They were ranked among others as one of the most glamorous pairs of twins on the elite social scene.

The sisters have an unbreakable bond as twins, with Lady Amelia telling Tatler that she and Lady Eliza have always been close and are “very similar”.

“We love to do the same things and we share the same friends,” he said. “You’re guaranteed to have a best friend there always, you really can’t compare it to anything else.”
