Behati Prinsloo beats the heat in black lace cami with daughters Dusty and Gio at Independence Day parade in California
While red, white and blue may seem like the best colours for today, Behati Prinsloo knows that black is the classic choice.
The 36-year-old Namibian model looked chic in a black lace top as she walked with her daughters Dusty Rose, 7, and 6-year-old Gio Grace at an Independence Day parade in Montecito, California on Thursday.
She teamed the top with loose-fitting jeans and a pair of leopard print shoes.
Prinsloo combined the look with black sunglasses and several necklaces and bracelets.
Husband Adam Levine did not appear to attend the family outing, nor did their 1-year-old son.

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel, who married Levine, 45, in July 2014, welcomed their third child last January.
In November, she announced that she had given birth to a boy, although they did not release his name.
After Prinsloo revealed the pregnancy in September 2022, model Sumner Stroh claimed she was “basically having an affair” with Levine.
Stroh, 24, shared some of their alleged text messages, claiming they were seeing each other “for about a year” before losing touch for a few months.
“I was young and naive back then,” she explained at the time. “And I mean, honestly, I feel exploited.
“I wasn’t in the scene like I am now, so I was definitely easy to manipulate,” Stroh added.
She said the Maroon 5 frontman later contacted her to tell her about Prinsloo’s pregnancy, reportedly asking if he could name the baby Sumner.
After having their first son, a source told People that Levine and Prinsloo were “doing great.”
“After the drama in the fall, Adam wanted to focus on his family,” they said.
“He was very embarrassed and remorseful,” the insider added. “She and Adam are doing great. They’re excited about the new baby.”
Following the scandal, Levine gave his wife and children a shout-out during the opening night of Maroon 5’s Las Vegas residency in March 2023.
The couple are preparing to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary later this month.
