This is the hilarious moment a road in China ends up filled with beer after a truck driver takes a bend too fast, spilling his load of beer onto the asphalt.

The driver was maneuvering on the highway last week when the heavy load suddenly overturned in Shuicheng County, Liupanshui, Guizhou, China.

Footage shows hundreds of cans of drink falling to the ground as a yellow bus and a white hatchback drive past simultaneously in the other lane.

Fortunately, both vehicles stopped and no one was injured.

Locals called for help and authorities were quick to arrive to assist in clearing the highway.

A similar incident occurred in Thrunton, Northumberland in 2021, when a lorry spilled thousands of soft drink cans into a farmer’s field after crashing into his fence.

Photos showed the field strewn with the truck’s cargo, including thousands of bottles of Fanta Orange, Diet Coke and water.

The road had to be closed for several hours while emergency services cleared the mess. The truck driver was treated at the scene for his injuries.

“The truck was completely full of soft drink bottles. I heard that several of them have burst, which means the ground is soggy and very sticky,” a witness told SWNS.

‘Luckily no one was hurt, but I wouldn’t want to open the bottles. They’ve certainly been shaken up quite a bit.’

Also in 2019, a truck driver in Germany left a trail of broken bottles when dozens of crates of Becks beer fell from his vehicle and onto the road.

The clip shows a motorist passing a red truck stopped on the hard shoulder.

As the driver drove past the truck, he saw green and silver crates of Becks beer on the road to his left, and broken bottles of alcohol on the concrete.
