The queue for JW Anderson’s latest catwalk presentation was thankfully not as long as the one that frustrated Oasis fans recently faced when London Fashion Week kicked off again on Sunday morning.

That didn’t matter, as Liam Gallagher’s eldest son Lennon was already sitting in the front row as he attended the event, along with his mother, Patsy Kensit.

The 25-year-old joined a host of stars when the new clothing and accessories line launched at Old Billingsgate.

The recently bleached-blonde Lennon wore a striking floral print anorak, reminiscent of his father’s anoraks, as he stood shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow guests Joe Alwyn, Michelle Dockery, James Blake and Normani.

Isobel Richmond, the model and fashion student with whom Lennon was in a relationship until February, was also present.

Patsy, 56, sat in the front row with her son, looking stylish as usual in a tight white shirt dress as they greeted the audience before getting ready for the show.

Lennon and Patsy were recently announced as the faces of a brand new Napapijri London Fashion Week campaign, shortly after Oasis confirmed they were reuniting for an upcoming tour.

Photos from the campaign show mother and son posing in a variety of colorful outfits for the brand, including jackets reminiscent of those worn by Liam and his older brother Noel during their Brit Pop heyday.

As part of the campaign, Lennon and Patsy were asked what the word ‘iconic’ means to them, with Patsy revealing: ‘To me iconic is David Bowie. Throughout every decade I was an obsessed fan.

‘He embodies fashion, music and art all in one. Him, and Kurt Cobain probably. And you?’

Lennon explained: ‘For me, being iconic in fashion is about being yourself. It’s about doing what you really love and making it authentic to yourself.

‘You can subscribe to different styles, but by mixing and matching them into your own style, something becomes iconic.’
