A fan asked Bec ‘what’s your workout routine?’ and the influencer responded with a photo of herself playing netball.
Above the image, she wrote her list of exercises and lifestyle choices that she participates in to maintain her health.

It comes after Bec denied rumors that her dazzling smile is in fact thanks to a series of veneers.
Bec has long been a beacon of timeless beauty, wonderful skin care brands, facials and non-surgical treatments for her fat face.
For twenty years, she denied having any plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures, instead pointing to healthy living and expensive skin care as her saving grace.
And on Wednesday, the Jaggad co-founder’s followers questioned her directly about whether or not she had any cosmetic work done.
“Do you have veneers Bec?” one person asked during an Instagram Q&A.
Bec responded with a close-up of her pearly white teeth and firmly shut down the suggestion.
“No, these are all mine,” she began in her caption.

‘I had braces when I was 15, recently Invisalign, and… [I do] often bleach at home.
“In this photo you can see the Invisalign handles still on my teeth.”
The zoomed-in photo showed off the small imperfections in Bec’s smile and the clear, removable aligners on her upper canines.
‘I have to go back to [the dentist] to have them removed. I have permanent wires on my lower teeth to keep them straight.’
The model was once unveiled in 2015 that she received harsh advice about her smile when she was only 15 years old.
After joining Vivien’s Modeling Agency in Perth, Bec said she had to ‘finish school, get your teeth fixed and then go to work’.
The former TV presenter must have taken the words to heart and has clearly worked hard to maintain her straight, pearly white chompers since entering the public eye.
Despite the ongoing speculation, Bec has always remained true to the claim that she maintains her glowing complexion use of facial peels and skin care products.
Bec, who shares four children – twins Tom and Darcy, eight, daughter Billie, 10, and Oscar, 12 – with husband Chris Juddhas been an ambassador for The Skincare Company since 2016 and a client since 2014, often promoting it online as her go-to for flawless skin.
The WAG also receives regular non-surgical cosmetic treatments from Melbourne’s Flawless Rejuvenation clinic.
These include: EXION RF microneedling, hydrfacials, laser genesis, fraxel laser treatments (which, according to Bec in 2017, felt like a ‘blow burner’ for the face) and LED masks.
