Bec Judd has admitted she once ‘regretted’ being pregnant with her twins Darcy and Tom.
The 40-year-old welcomed her boys in 2016 and on Thursday she shared a heartbreaking post about her pregnancy woes.
“Honestly, I regretted it when I was pregnant with twins because everyone’s reactions were so negative (and the pregnancy was horrible from about 26 weeks onwards),” she wrote.
“When I had them it was the best thing ever. If you’re pregnant with twins, don’t listen to the naysayers. Being a twin mom is a gift – I wish more people had told me that,” she added.
This isn’t the first time Bec has opened up about her pregnancy struggles.

In 2021, she shared a photo of herself, heavily pregnant with a huge belly, just before she gave birth.
In an emotional caption, Bec said that towards the end of her pregnancy she could barely eat, breathe or move – and even suffered from terrifying heart palpitations.
“Fark, having twins is the hardest thing I’ve ever done,” she wrote.

‘I could barely move at the end, cried every day from 33 weeks onwards (I’m not a crier), had to carry my stomach when I toddled, couldn’t breathe, couldn’t eat.’
She continues: ‘Couldn’t get up from sitting, couldn’t pick anything up from the ground, couldn’t steer properly while driving, couldn’t go to the toilet normally and had constant heart palpitations.’
Bec finally welcomed ‘perfectly healthy’ twin boys in Melbourne on September 29, 2016, via emergency caesarean section.
She and husband Chris Judd are already parents to son Oscar and daughter Billie.
