Beauty queen Sarah Marschke says she was ‘too nice’ for Australian Survivor
Australian Survivor’s Sarah Marschke says she was kicked off the show for being “too nice” while criticizing her “treacherous” tribemates.
Sarah Marschke has spoken about her adventure as a castaway on Australian Survivor, including her unexpected departure from the hit show last week.
The 23-year-old model and former Miss World Australia found herself without allies in the villainous tribe and became the fifth player to be eliminated this season.
And now the blonde beauty says she was shocked by the way her tribe turned on her, reports the herald sun.
“The thing that surprised me the most was that I had no idea what my teammates were saying about me,” he said, after finally watching the show.
“I played too well and got stabbed in the back,” he continued. “You have to be brutal and I wasn’t brutal enough.”

Meanwhile, Sarah assured fans of the show that the cutthroat gameplay and harsh filming conditions in Samoa are all too real.
And indeed, the beauty queen said that TV tends to make things look “better” than they really are.
“You have to find food to survive, you have to make friends,” he said.
Sarah, who is the CEO of Our Choice, a disability service, has no regrets for enduring the hardships the series put her through.
“I wanted to be taken seriously and prove it to myself and to everyone,” she told the publication. “I was doing it for all the models, all the beauty queens.”
The blonde beauty says she was shocked at how her tribe turned on her.
The tribe’s decision to send her home came after Sarah became convinced that she had no enemies in the tribe.
“I was friends with everyone,” she said. 10play.
“But I guess at the end of the day that backfired on me, because I didn’t really take the time to build those alliances and that trust.”
Sarah explained that she planned to vote with a majority in the tribal council.
Gerry Geltch, who had been exiled from the Hero tribe, led one faction and Stevie Khouw led another, but Sarah was unwilling to commit to either group.
“I honestly thought it was a smart idea for me to stay in the middle, that way people felt like they could trust me and I wouldn’t go behind their backs,” he said.
