Don’t play it cool! Beautiful police therapy dog Otto befriends a POLAR BEAR named Lee at the Ohio Zoo

Adorable photos captured the moment a police therapy dog befriended a polar bear named Lee while visiting an Ohio zoo.
The handsome four-legged Otto was visiting the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium when he was enchanted by the white bear swimming underwater last week.
Otto looked at Lee through the glass and gleamed as he came face to face with the fur seal.
“Looks like Therapy K9 Otto has a new boyfriend,” the Delaware County Sheriff wrote on Facebook.

The handsome four-legged Otto was visiting the Columbus zoo and aquarium when he became enchanted by the white bear swimming underwater
Otto appeared to be beaming in a series of photos while being held by Deputy Cox. The two seemed to have met a Delaware college girl for her capstone project.
In one photo, the placid therapy dog sat gracefully as Lee swam close behind the water.
“Thanks to Ashley, a @DelawareAreaCC student in the Career Tech Education Zoo program, for sharing this one of her capstone project,” the police wrote on social media.
According to the zoo, Lee arrived in 2018 and gave birth to his first cub named Kulu. His son was mothered by another beloved polar bear, Aurora.
But the now 23-year-old polar bear was then transferred to Kentucky’s Louisville Zoo in 2020 to make sure there was room for Aurora’s additional offspring.
Lee made his grand return to Ohio this year. Meanwhile, his son moved to a zoo in Minnesota in 2021.
Zoo officials planned to reintroduce Aurora and Lee in hopes of more offspring following a mandatory quarantine.
The Ohio Zoo is known for their polar bear breeding program and has successfully raised five cubs since 2015.
They have since been moved to zoos across the US, including in Oregon, Missouri and Utah.
