Beau Lamarre-Condon: Accused killer NSW cop is hit with new charges as he awaits trial over the murders of Channel 10 star Jesse Baird and Qantas flight attendant Luke Davies
Murder suspect police officer Beau Lamarre-Condon has been charged with the alleged murders of Jesse Baird and Luke Davies.
The 29-year-old is believed to have used his police-issued Glock pistol to shoot the men on a terrace in Sydney’s inner-city Paddington district on February 19.
The bodies of former Channel Ten presenter/AFL referee Mr Baird, 26, and his Qantas flight attendant friend Mr Davies, 29, were found in surf bags at a remote location in Bungonia in the NSW Southern Tablelands on February 27.
Lamarre-Condon is in custody after turning himself in to police on February 23. He is later charged with two counts of murder.
On Tuesday evening, New South Wales police announced that the former senior constable was charged with three new charges last Thursday.
The charges involved two counts of domestic violence-related murder and one count of burglary with intent to commit an offence.
The third charge carries a maximum prison sentence of 20 years.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted New South Wales Police for further comment.

Police said the attack was premeditated, following a months-long campaign of “predatory behavior” targeting Mr Baird, with whom Lamarre-Condon had a brief relationship.
They also claim that Davies was killed as collateral damage, as he was also at Baird’s home at the time.
On the day of the alleged murder, a triple zero call was made from Mr Davies’ mobile phone, four minutes after neighbours heard gunshots at the house in Paddington.
Later, a patrol car was sent to search for the source of the call, but the call was disconnected before anyone spoke.
Officers were unable to locate the user and did not attend Mr Baird’s residence at the time.
Suspicions of their death arose after the men’s belongings were found in a dumpster in Cronulla, a southern suburb of Sydney.
Police were then led to Mr Baird’s blood-stained home.
Lamarre-Condon has yet to file a motion after prosecutors asked for more time to complete their case against him during a June hearing.
Outside Sydney’s Downing Centre court after an earlier hearing, his lawyer John Walford told reporters the ex-cop “will cope but it’s tough for him”.
He added that the matter “could go to court” and that his client could plead his mental health grounds.
Mr Walford agreed to an eight-week adjournment of the case.

As Davies’ family listened to the hearing via audio link from Queensland, prosecutor Brendan Donnelly said time was needed to finalise the charges against the former officer.
“We plan to file charges at that time,” he told Magistrate Daniel Covington.
It was also too early to say whether a mental health appeal would be made or whether the case would go to court, he told reporters.
Lamarre-Condon joined the New South Wales Police Service in 2019 and previously ran a celebrity blog.
He posed for photos with dozens of A-list stars, including Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and Harry Styles.
He was fired from the police force in mid-March.
The case will return to court on August 13.
