BBC Breakfast’s Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt are surprised when a guest jumps onto the presenters’ lap

BBC Breakfast’s Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt were surprised on Saturday morning when a cheeky guest jumped on their lap.

On the show, Naga and Charlie were joined by Vicky Etherington from Apollo’s Angels and a dog named Hugo.

But when they went to talk to Vicky about adopting puppies, it seemed Hugo had other ideas.

As Naga nudged him, he took the opportunity to jump over her knee and sit between her and Charlie.

“Please, he’s going his own way!” exclaimed Charlie.
