Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel reveals Tottenham reneged on the original Harry Kane deal this morning, but the German side are working ‘hard on’ to raise £100m

Bayern Munich are working ‘fully’ to secure a deal for Harry Kane, boss Thomas Tuchel confirms, after confirming Tottenham have moved the goalposts under the terms of the offer.

A deal appeared to have finally been struck on Thursday night after weeks of negotiations, but Kane and Bayern have been delayed ahead of a £100m move.

Tuchel may have hoped it was signed and sealed before facing the media on Friday, but he stepped into the conference room without sharing much good news.

“You probably know more than I do about where he is and what he does,” Tuchel said.

“We are working hard on it, but at the moment there is no decision and no agreement. And if there is no agreement, the trainer cannot say anything about it.’
