Bayer Leverkusen has won its first Bundesliga title after a convincing 5-0 win over Werder Bremen.
Victor Boniface opened the scoring from the penalty spot after 25 minutes before Granit Xhaka doubled the lead with a stunning goal on the hour mark.
Florian Wirtz sealed the win and the title with a hat-trick to take his tally to 17 for the season.
