Barry Keoghan proved to be a supportive boyfriend for Sabrina Carpenter as he cheered her on during her performance on Sunday.

The 24-year-old singer supported Taylor Swift during her Eras tour and took to the stage in Singapore National Stadium in Kallang on Sunday for her performance.

In the crowd was friend Barry, 31, doing a red baseball cap and sweater for the show, as well as a VIP lanyard.

He happily chatted with fans in the crowd, with one taking a selfie and revealing she had given him a friendship bracelet.

Swifties (fans of Taylor Swift) have been purchasing and making friendship bracelets to trade with others at her concerts after being inspired by the lyrics of her song You’re on Your Own, Kid, in which she sings, “All you lose is a step you take / So make the friendship bracelets / Take the moment and taste it.’

Video footage of Barry in the audience showed him watching intently as Sabrina performed her hit single Nonsense.

Sabrina traditionally improvises the song’s outro based on the venue she’s performing in, and on Sunday she referenced an indoor waterfall at Jewel Changi Mall.

While he may have had to take a long flight to support his girlfriend in Southeast Asia, he will soon be away from her after making plans to move to America.

The native of Dublin, Ireland, currently lives in London, England, but is making the move across the pond to take his relationship to the next level.
