Barron Trump joined his siblings in nominating their father for president this summer, but one famous family member has been removed from Florida’s delegate list.

Ivanka Trump, a Florida resident, is not one of the 125 delegates the state is sending to the Republican National Convention to formally nominate Donald Trump as the Republican Party’s presidential candidate.

The former first daughter has retired from politics and it is unclear whether she will even attend the event, which takes place in Milwaukee from Monday, July 15 to Thursday, July 18.

Don Jr. and his fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle, Eric Trump, Tiffany Trump and her husband Michael Boulos, however, are all delegates at large, along with the younger brother.

Lara Trump – Eric’s wife – is vice chair of the Republican National Committee and will be attending the convention in her official capacity.

The Republican Party of Florida selected Barron, 18, on Wednesday night to join his older siblings for the event.

The only requirement to be a delegate is that you must live and vote in the state.

Barron will graduate next week from Oxbridge Academy in the suburb of West Palm Beach.

During Trump’s White House years, he was rarely seen, mainly at the request of his mother Melania, who is known to protect her son.

He attended his father’s presidential announcement in 2016 and attended the Republican National Conventions in both 2016 and 2020.

But sources told DailyMail.com that the 6ft tall teenager, who has never spoken a word in public, is a steadfast supporter of the Trump 2024 campaign behind the scenes.

Eric Trump will serve as Florida’s delegation chairman, meaning he will formally include his father’s name in the nomination.

“We have a great delegation of grassroots leaders, elected officials and even Trump family members,” said Evan Power, chairman of the Florida Republican Party. “Florida still has a great conference team, but more importantly, we are preparing to win Florida and be great.”

Don Jr., Eric and Ivanka were heavily involved in Trump’s last two White House campaigns, speaking at their father’s rallies and campaigning for him. Tiffany joined her siblings in the 2020 campaign, but Barron remained out of sight.

Ivanka, who served as a senior adviser to her father in his White House, made it clear she was stepping away from politics when Donald Trump announced he was running for president again.

“I love my father very much,” she said at the time. ‘This time I choose to prioritize my young children and the private life we ​​create as a family. I have no intention of getting involved in politics.”

Barron, who turned 18 last month, returned to the spotlight with Donald Trump’s hush money lawsuit, as the former president argued he should get a break from the trial to attend Barron Trump’s May 17 high school graduation to live.

Judge Juan Merchan agreed to grant the pause in the trial.

Donald Trump won Florida twice: in the 2016 and 2020 elections. But Republicans in the state found themselves in a tough spot in the 2020 Republican contest as Governor Ron DeSantis launched a bid.

Ultimately, DeSantis dropped out and endorsed Trump.
