A Las Vegas teen has been accused of sexually assaulting a girl who was drunk and unable to respond coherently while others watched, laughed and recorded the incident on their cell phones.

Aiden Cicchetti, 17, was arrested in March on three counts of sexual assault but released on his own admission after an initial appearance in Las Vegas court.

Now, new details about the gruesome attack have been released.

The alleged incident took place after a night of partying in which the girl was out with a group of friends on a ‘party bus’ when the victim met someone named Aiden.

The pair knocked down shots and also drank from an unidentified bottle of liquor allegedly provided by Aiden.

The girl recalled how her vision then became blurry and she felt “dizzy and nauseous.”

Her last memory before passing out was of leaving a house party in Henderson, Nevada, and walking to her car.

She then found herself waking up in Aiden’s kitchen with her pants and underwear gone and covered only with a blanket. She finally came home around 3:40 am.

Cicchetti’s attorney, Ross Goodman, has stated that the sexual encounter between the couple was mutual and there was no evidence that the girl was “incoherent or otherwise blacked out.”

According to the Metropolitan Police Department’s arrest report, Cicchetti messaged the girl on her social media the next day.

He was referring to their sexual encounter, but the girl initially assumed he was joking.

The next day she got a message from someone else saying, “LMAO look what I found on my phone.”

Alongside the text were three videos that depicted her in the backseat of her car as Aiden allegedly engaged in sexual acts. In the background, others could be heard laughing at what they saw.

When she showed a close friend at her school, they encouraged her to go to the police.

The friend went to the school’s welfare counselor to report the act that led to the dean of students confiscating a phone containing the videos.

Police viewed the three clips that lasted between 3 and 11 seconds.

Authorities described the girl as “barely conscious” and noted how she could be heard saying “stop” while Cicchetti had sex with her.

Another video showed the victim crying “no, no, no,” according to the arrest report obtained by police Las Vegas Review Journal.

Cicchetti attended an online school for the past year and a half and told police he was drunk and had blurred vision, but was sober enough to control his actions.

He denied having sex with anyone the night or morning of the party, but after seeing the videos showing him, he tearfully admitted his involvement. He claimed that the sex was consensual and that the girl’s friends forced him into it.

Cicchetti was initially taken to juvenile detention and booked into the Clark County Detention Center.

He has since been released on bail and will appear in court on June 21.
