Katie Price reportedly managed to pocket £5,000 in just nine months after selling her second-hand clothes on Depop.

The 44-year-old former glamor model, who filed for bankruptcy in 2019, is said to have sold nearly 2,500 items on the fashion marketplace app in what appears to be a very lucrative side hustle.

Sun reports that among the items Katie has sold are a pair of Laboutin heels for £200 five months ago, while a navy zip-up top sold for just £8.

Designers featured in Katie’s collection include Burberry, Stella McCartney, Ivy Park, Fila and Topshop, with many unworn and still with tags, the publication reports.

And it looks like Katie’s latest release is proving popular with fans hoping for a bargain, with items selling out fast.

The Sun added that Katie could potentially have made around £35,000, if the rest of her catalog had similar sales to the past nine months.

The reality star had already made headlines for her Depop sales, and Katie even deactivated the account in January “after disgruntled fans complained they paid for clothes that never arrived.”

However, after returning to the site, it was reported in April that she was selling her stained designer heels for a total of £350 and sold old bathing suits for as little as £7 on Depop.

Among the clothes she had already sold is a JYY swimsuit with a red top and leopard print bottom.

Katie listed it on Depop as ‘size small, used’ but in ‘excellent’ condition and bought it for £7.

Katie, once worth £45m through her modeling, clothing, perfume and book empire, parted with a pink Topshop size 8 bodysuit for a £5 note which she described as “pre-teen”.

The mother of five was declared bankrupt in 2019. She has pledged to repay £12,000 a month to the company’s creditors through an individual voluntary arrangement.

The bankruptcy meant that Katie, once worth £45m, faced losing her £2m, 11-bedroom mansion.

He took out a second mortgage on the property in 2015, but faced monthly payments of £12,300.

Katie received an order to repossess the property in November of last year.

Sources told The Sun at the time that she was unable to pay off a debt of more than £500,000 on the property.

After years of incomplete renovations, the house was nicknamed the “dirty mansion” and Katie even showed off the extent of the mess on her reality series My Crazy Life.
