Bam Margera swears off the bottle in a series of posts claiming he tested negative for meth

Jackass star Bam Margera has sworn off drinking and claims he tested negative for meth after his family had him arrested for making “terrorist threats.”

Margera, 43, turned herself in for criminal charges earlier this month after allegedly assaulting his brother and making terrorist threats to other family members. He was subsequently released on $50,000 bail, court documents showed, after pleading not guilty.

On Friday, the former professional skateboarder posted to Instagram an old photo of him holding a liquor bottle and wrote, “For the sake of [my son] Phoenix the wolf. Today is the day I stop drinking. I have experienced official termoil [sic] with my family.’

In a video, Margera went into more detail, saying, “You motherfuckers don’t know what I’ve been through. I have never in my life run through thorny bushes for eight miles through a huge barbed wire fence eight feet high times five. I’m a pro at it, I have very stealth.

“I knew how to hide and I knew if I got caught that day my mom, dad, brother, motherfuckers, f**king Baker would have Act-ed and me, and again I’d be in the psychiatric hospital.’

“I just got out of the courthouse with my lawyers,” he wrote. “Everything went great and the false allegations of what my brother is saying are not true and he will be sued for defamation and will soon be kicked out of castle bam.

“The reason this happened is because I read on his phone that he wants me back in California and find a way to 302. F*** him.”

Margera’s brother Jess responded on Twitter: “Yeah this meltdown is my fault now I guess. It’s always someone else’s fault.’

He wrote in the post, “Well my brother made false accusations that I was using meth. But when God and Phoenix bear the life of the wolf, I’m not, I went to the emergency room with my lawyers. Guess Jesse Margera. The results are negative. Now you’ll be kicked out of Castlebam sooner rather than later. Get your fucking shit out of HOMOner. Oh wait… not anymore.

My stupid brother doesn’t understand it’s not called Castle Jess. It’s actually called castlebam. It’s mine.’

Despite his tirades, he took a moment to praise his girlfriend Jessica for not being a “hot dog strutting floozy” and thanked her for giving him “Donald trumps.” [sic] impeachment attorney to prove my innocence to my a**hole brother.”

The former Lakers player, 43, told TMZ that a “relationship with Jesus Christ” would help Margera, but that the star should really “want” help.

Overcoming his own battle with substance abuse, Odom now runs three drug treatment centers in California called Odom Wellness Treatment Centers.

The basketball player said he would even help 43-year-old Margera for free.

“Well, does he have God in his life? A relationship with Jesus Christ should help. But if his problem is alcohol and drugs, I would reach out to him and take him to my facility,” he said.

“I’ve been through it,” he said. “If he wants help, it’s there for him. I reach my arms out to him.’

When asked if he would take care of him for free, he said, “Yes sir.”

“All he has to do is show up. If he wants it. You have to want it.’

When asked what message he would send him, Lamar said, “I love him and just stay strong.”

It all comes after Margera sensationally turned herself in after a days-long police manhunt.

The artist had been on the run since Sunday after an arrest warrant was issued against him and he fled with his girlfriend and her eight-year-old daughter.

Margera appeared Thursday morning at the Chester County Courthouse in Pennsylvania.

After Margera’s hearing on Thursday, Michael van der Veen said in a statement: “Mr. Margera enjoys all of his constitutional rights, including the presumption of innocence. The wild rumors about his behavior this week are absolutely false. He is in good health and in a good mood.’

Before he decided to turn himself in, a source close to the family told TMZ that Margera made “intoxicated” phone calls to his family to tell them how much he hates them for putting him in a treatment center in Florida last year.

He has also accused them of selling his house and stealing his money, the unnamed source said, noting that Margera doesn’t trust anyone and has threatened to sue his family for the money they say they stole from him.

Authorities said troopers responded to a reported disturbance near Margera’s castle on Sunday morning, where an alleged victim said they got into a physical altercation with the Jackass star and suffered minor injuries as a result.

But when police arrived on the scene, they said, Margera had already fled to a nearby forest area.

A police report filed in the aftermath shows that Margera began banging on his brother Jess’s bedroom door at 8 a.m. that morning, leaving a disturbing note.

It read, “If you even think about calling the police, I’ll officially kick you.”

Jess – best known as the drummer for the rock band CKY – said he found the note and walked downstairs to find Bam urinating in a sink, leading to a fight.

Bam reportedly started punching Jess and hit him on the head multiple times, with Jess showing multiple visible injuries.

He claims that after the fight, Bam continued his anger, saying, “I’ll kill you.” I’ll put a bullet in your head.’

Bam also allegedly said he would kill everyone in the house, including the Margera brothers’ father, Phil, and two unidentified women before fleeing.

The altercation reportedly came after Margera’s friends urged him to seek help following a botched intervention in San Diego earlier this month.
