Disputed former Jackass star Bam Margera, who was arrested earlier this week for public intoxication and last month for domestic violence charges, is now facing charges of threatening to use a neighbor with brass knuckles.
Daniel Cardenas, 28, claimed the Viva La Bam prankster wanted him to stop having “very loud sex” because Margera’s girlfriend and her 8-year-old daughter could hear them.
Margera was arrested Wednesday at a Burbank restaurant, his second arrest in a month after being handcuffed on domestic violence charges.
The troubled 43-year-old Jackass star — who has dealt with substance abuse and violent behavior issues in recent years — got into a fight with a woman at the restaurant, law enforcement sources said. TMZ.
Cardenas said Margera’s new girlfriend, Jessica, and her daughter were staying with the man while Margera was in prison. TMZ reports that Jessica is the girlfriend who accused him of domestic violence in early March.

“All I can think of is that Jessica Bam told about the loud sex her daughter overheard and that’s why he was so upset, although of course it doesn’t give him the right to attack me, threaten my life, or kick me out of a kicking the house he has no right to,” Cardenas said.
He added that Bam had told him that the girl “will have PTSD for the rest of her life.”
A California judge has issued a temporary restraining order against Cardenas. Margera has to stay 100 meters away from him and his house.
Margera’s estranged wife is also considering getting a restraining order for the sake of their child after he was last arrested.
The wife of the 43-year-old Jackass star, Nikki Margera, is investigating an application for legal protection against him following his latest run-in with the law, according to TMZ on Friday.
A source told the publication she hopes to file the legal filing so it would protect her and their five-year-old son, Phoenix.
She told the site that Wednesday’s incident was “scary for me and even scarier for Phoenix,” adding that it was unfortunate because “the visit Bam had with Phoenix in Hollywood the previous day went pretty well.
“
Nikki claimed her famous husband arrived at the restaurant on Wednesday drunk and belligerent, explaining, “This is the umpteenth time Bam takes one step forward and ten steps back.”
Her lawyer David Glass told TMZ that they had tried to work with Bam to visit their child regularly, but it hasn’t quite worked out as he needs to stay sober and treat Nikki with respect.
This comes after the former TV personality – who has dealt with substance abuse problems and violent behavior in recent years — got into a fight with a woman at the restaurant, law enforcement sources said TMZ.
Police were reportedly called to a Thai restaurant around 3:45 p.m., and Margera allegedly had a shouting match with the woman that continued to escalate after officers arrived.
Despite police intervention, Margera reportedly couldn’t control himself, so he was arrested and booked for public intoxication.
Video of the confrontation, filmed by comedian Evan Breen, showed the former pro skateboarder entering and exiting the restaurant after police arrived.
At the request of an officer, he sat on the floor in the parking lot, and although his conversation with the officer was not heard, he waved his arms and gestured wildly.
The arrest may have been preceded by some kind of family drama, as Margera’s estranged wife Nikki Boyd and their five-year-old child Phoenix were both at the restaurant, according to a witness at the scene.
However, the police did not clarify whether he had an argument with his ex or whether it was another woman.

The sources added that Margera will be forced to pay $500 to get an early bail unless he chooses to stay behind bars until he is sober again.
The Jackass star’s public controversies escalated earlier this month when he was arrested on domestic violence charges.
The Viva La Bam star was arrested after police responded to a house in Escondido, California, where a woman claimed he kicked her, according to TMZ.
The alleged victim was not named, but she is reportedly Margera’s current girlfriend, not his ex.
He was released on $50,000 bail, though the local district attorney said no charges would be brought against him.
After Margera quickly posted bail, Boyd’s lawyer claimed he had not supported her for two months, leaving her with “no car, no money” and facing eviction.

Over the top: Last week he revealed that he had his son’s name in Arabic tattooed on his face as a reminder to Boyd that ‘she breaks my heart by not letting me see him’
She filed for divorce from Margera in February this year after claiming he was not sober while visiting his son.
She has filed for legal and physical custody of Pheonix, though she says Margera still needs to get permission to have supervised visits from his son in the Los Angeles area.
The Jackass star attempted to show his devotion to Phoenix last week by taking the extreme step of tattooing his son’s name in Arabic on his face.
“I miss Phoenix the wolf so much I had to get his name tattooed on my face to remind Nikki that she breaks my heart by not letting me see him,” he claimed on Instagram.
