Ana de Armas stars in the new John Wick spin-off Ballerina.
And on Thursday, a first look at the highly anticipated neo-noir action thriller was shared.
The quick clip sees Ana as a child with a bloodied face before she is recruited by Ian McShane to train at an elite assassin academy under a demanding instructor, played by Sharon Duncan-Brewster.
Towards the end of the clip, we see Keanu Reeves as John Wick, confronting Anna’s ballerina, who is skilled in martial arts.
Ballerina, directed by Len Wiseman and written by Shay Hatten, is scheduled for release on June 6, 2025.

The blonde actress plays the role of ballerina murderer Rooney in the film.
She is joined in the cast by Reeves, McShane, Anjelica Huston, Norman Reedus, Catalina Sandino Moreno and Gabriel Byrne.
Anjelica will reprise her role as director in the project.
The star appeared as the head of the crime organization Ruska Roma in John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum during a scene where a beleaguered John Wick came to her for help.
Reeves has had a long John Wick career.
The star began work on the first John Wick film in 2014, which centered on a legendary hitman who comes out of retirement to track down the gangsters who killed his dog and took his car after his wife’s death.

Keanu is very well known in Hollywood for his work in action films. He has appeared in Point Break, Speed and all four The Matrix films.
In January 2023, Ana said her body had been abused by fight scenes with Keanu.
“We’ve been filming in Prague for four months. We’ve got one more month to go. And I’m in pain. You know, my body, my back, everything hurts. I’m complaining, I’m in pain, I’m bruised,” she said as she The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

But she admitted that Ballerina is on “a different level” compared to her brief appearance in the 007 film, although she is grateful to be working with the Matrix actor.
Ana said, ‘Bond was fifteen minutes. This is a whole movie, another level.
‘But the other day, Keanu and I were rehearsing a really difficult stunt scene, and this guy was just rolling me and throwing me and doing crazy stunts.
‘And I think – I can’t complain anymore, because he does it! He really is the best.’
